Completed a bathroom reno and got a new moen shower kit. Pressure was terrible but this changed everything. Took 5 secs to replace. Works on 1/2 threads.

I am so beyond happy with this shower head. Maybe it’s partly because my old one was absolute trash, but this thing is truly amazing. My previous shower head was basically a gentle drizzle that barely counted as running water. It took forever to shower, my hair never felt clean, and rinsing anything required strategy and patience. Now I’ve gone from light mist to full-on waterfall and I am in love. I actually have to point it toward the back corner a little so it doesn't soak the floor when I'm turning it on. It's definitely a little louder with the added flow, though, which is as close to a negative as this shower head gets (but I personally don't care). The best part is what it’s done for my hair. I have tons of very long hair and before this upgrade it barely got wet, let alone fully rinsed. Shampoo and conditioner were just sort of… living in there, despite my best efforts. Suddenly, with this new shower head, my hair is completely saturated in seconds and everything rinses clean immediately. It feels soft, healthy, and actually clean again. Even though it uses more water, my showers are much faster because I’m no longer standing there trying to convince my shower to participate in its own job. Installation was incredibly easy. The hardest part was removing the old shower head. This one twisted on in minutes and worked perfectly right out of the box. My husband is thrilled with it, too, and feels like he's taking a real shower again. Another unexpected bonus is the temperature. With the increased water flow, the shower heats up so much faster. Before, I used to turn on the water, brush my teeth, wander around, start a new life, and then maybe it would be ready. Now it’s warm almost immediately, and I’ve actually had to turn the heat down a little because the higher flow somehow makes the water feel warmer. The construction is a major upgrade as well. My old shower head held onto water that would cool off and then drip on me at random times, because nothing says luxury like surprise cold droplets. This one drains completely, no dripping, no nonsense. It’s slightly smaller in diameter than my old rain shower head, but the pressure is so powerful you’d never guess. It’s also easier to keep clean, and to my surprise, it’s helping prevent hard water spots on my glass shower door. The increased water gives me enough time to squeegee before anything dries, which is a miracle where I live. This definitely exceeded my expectations. I am genuinely excited to shower now, and we’re already planning to buy another one for our second bathroom renovation.

The shower head is easy to install and has good water flow. This is the second shower head that I purchased, the downside to this shower head is that the finish wears off with normal cleaning
