This product started as possibly the best display I have ever used before. Amazing resolution, better than most displays, and easy and user friendly. Could also be portable. HOWEVER, stopped working randomly and completely after minimal use - maybe once or twice a week (even though the power source works fine, and the cable works on other devices). The worst part is that there is no way you can contact customer support for this company. Listed warrantee info of 18 months is a hoax, and the phone number is not in service. When you go on their website they have a chinese number that you cannot contact through whats app because they are not on whats app. so if your product stops to work, you can probably kiss your 300-500 $ a good bye.

...it is real glitchy requiring frequent reset of monitor display resolution. Sometimes can't get the lower monitor to display or any of the monitors to achieve the rated resolution. Will purchase another video cable to see if that helps. Otherwise time to move on to another product. Update: after numerous other cables it turns out it is just the monitor that is the problem. Very frustrating and wasting too much time trying to get it to work as promised. Will need to find a better product.

Edit: Updating my review after using the product for a few weeks. The screen started being glitchy, and I can’t trust that it will continue to function much longer into the future. I tried contacting the company for support, and they never got back to me, so I figured the safest bet was to return the product. I would recommend buying from a reputable seller and brand for items as expensive as this. Original review: This portable monitor works great. I was able to hook my Switch up to it and play games while hanging out with my partner in the living room. I also did my taxes with the monitor set up on the coffee table, and having 2 additional monitors made it way easier to organize all the tax documents while being able to fill in the necessary information. It’s light weight and sleek, so it will be easy to travel with. It folds up to about the same size as a traditional laptop. My partner might also use it when he travels for work. All of the necessary cables are included. The only issue is that it seems to only act as either one monitor or a duplicate screen. I was able to make it work for what I needed, though.

This is one of the most anticipated purchase I made this year. I travel a lot for work and for school for having extra monitors is a must for me. I have been using separate panels but it's not the most elegant solution. I got this in the hope that I can use 1 cable running to the monitor and 1 cable running from the monitor to the laptop which it advertises. This works great out of the box when I first started using it but on the second day I plug it in, in the same setup, the screen go on and off as if the computer is picking it up then loosing it then picking it up again, for a good 3 minutes. That is not right but this is not something that happens often so I have no fuss over it. However, I started having a headache when I use the screen for an extended period of time. After using this for a few days, I realized that the top screen has this strange effect where the text fringes, if you are familiar with photography, this is very much color fringing. The bottom screen works fine. I reached out to support and they answered the email but it takes a really long time for them to respond to each message and I had mentioned that I tried troubleshooting every which way but it is not helping and it is the physical issue with the screen. I would be very careful with buying and keeping this. I hope the problem can be resolved soon as I really like it if it works correctly.

Believe the negative reviews that you have read. This unit worked without issue for the first month and a half. Then the bottom screen went dark. The screen still gets power; if you press the OSD buttons, the menu displays and you can cycle through the list. I have searched the internet and found that this is an ongoing problem with this device and this company. On the back of the unit, there is a QR that leads you to a Google Drive with videos and links to driver updates. After going through process several times, the screen still remained blank and returned randomly during a restart. This monitor is either defective or their drivers are useless. The power button needs to be pressed and released three times before the monitor turns on. If you need a portable monitor, this is not it. Save your money, try something else.

Innoview does not work without a driver on a windows even though it says it doesn’t need a driver to be downloaded. I used the usb C cable, plugged it into my laptop and then it says no signal. And it shut itself off. Then I plugged in the other provided usb C cable into power outlet and still no signal. And if you use the provided HDMI cable, then it will not show extended view 3 different things on the 3 monitors (laptop+2 Screens). I bought the HotYeah brand first, looks identical, except hotyeah does not come with HDMI port, but it doesn’t need it either. To compare it with HotYeah brand : plug in 1 usb C cable into the laptop and voila, it’s working!! It powers the monitors either that one usb cable from your laptop. No cable clusters!! Love it. Returning innoview, and keeping HotYeah ($189.99) I like to keep things simple.

Absolute garbage. Sure the monitors work, however, they only mirror one another. You will not have two extra views to go along with your laptop. You will have ONE......There is no third screen!!!!! There is one screen split in half. Its absolutely ridiculous.

While the Innoview Dual Screen Extender 15.6” seems promising in form and function, my experience was unfortunately riddled with issues. One of the screens stopped working entirely within less than a full day of use, regardless of whether I used dual USB-C, HDMI, a power adapter, or all connections combined. Even more concerning is the misleading claim that no driver installation is required. On a Mac, not only is installation necessary, but the required software demands intrusive access requesting screen and audio recording permissions at all times. This is a major red flag and raises serious security concerns. What was supposed to be a convenient productivity tool has become a source of frustration. I would’ve settled for basic “splice mode” functionality, but now only one screen works, making the extender essentially useless. I’m left waiting to return the product once I’m back home definitely not the plug-and-play solution it claims to be.

Since the pandemic there has been a major shift of office work to partly working from home. This also meant that sometimes I have to take my work somewhere other than my home office. Having this monitor drastically improved my work efficiency. The monitor is very bright and the resolution is very sharp. As advertised it has the ability to splice the screen if you are a programmer to view long pieces of code. The build quality is really solid where one might have concerns. It has a strong built-in kickstand to prop up both monitors. The hinges are not flimsy at all and there is no wobble for the second monitor on top! Since this is an 18.5” monitor it is actually large enough to practically mount it as part of your desktop suite. As you can see from my pictures that the design has included standard VESA holes that you can make this mountable. Overall a very solid product and would highly recommend

Monitor started off great. All functions worked and could use it as 3 separate screens. Within 3 months the 3 screen function stopped working which was the main feature I was looking forward to using. Support was useless.. told me i was incorrectly using the cables; I was not. I fully detailed how i was connecting it, and asked for next steps then never heard back. 2 months later, now the bottom half of the screen sometimes doesn't turn on at all. Would strongly recommend against this product as support is useless and it was a waste of my money :(

I had a double screen extender that attached to my laptop and it was a little cumbersome. I saw this one and it was much larger with two a double screen and isn't attached to the back of the laptop so I purchased. The color is amazing and it sure helps me in doing my work. It's tops in my book. I highly recommend it.
