Excellent product, excellent support
I was thrilled when this arrived, but there ended up being an issue with activating it on my carrier. Just when I was sure that I'd be regretting such a big purchase, the seller went above and beyond to send me an entirely new product that would work for my needs! I can't say I would have ever expected such lengths of customer support, and I am surprised and satisfied at how things turned out. The new phone is even better than the original, and I'm very happy with my new everyday device and how quickly I received it.

So far so good!!
I only received this a couple of days ago, so I can't really speak to battery life so far. Physically it seems to be perfect! I can't see any dents/scratches/etc and I had no problems getting it set up. Seems like a great phone for the money!

Quality and Simplicity
I'm pleased with the quality and simplicity of the ZFold 3. I damaged my original phone and couldn't do without it, so I repurchased another one as a backup for my husband's phone. No regrets!

Big black circle on inner screen
Inner screen had a big black circle of dead pixels right out the gate right next to the camera sensor on hte inside screen. Definitely should have been noticed during quality control. I need to return but i need to order another phone in order to replace this one
