Yes. There are 10 pages of wiring diagrams and, as is usual for these type manuals, the diagrams are not in colour themselves but all the wires have their colours named so you know which is which.

Does it include a parts catalogue with part codes etc?

This manual doesn't include a section of part numbers or codes. Just repair information. I just checked mine to confirm.
