are these 11.3 to 12 mm in diameter?

my Stanley gun is an 11.3mm GR25 but uses these Stanley 12mm sticks perfectly & is stated as a match on the packet, it doesn't make sense but hope this helps

I want to use this for craft projects outside, would this be suitable/weather proof?

Hi!Do you mean work outside on craft projects,or leave finished craft projects outside? The glue is very good, and I would say pretty tough.

I have a 80 watt stanley glue gun with gr25 marked on the side. will these work on this gun?

Yes these are the correct glue sticks for your gun.
