Well built, good quality footrest with height and angle adjustment. We set it up on a hard floor and it doesn't slip thanks to the rubber feet. The surface is also rubberised, provides good support and very comfortable position. Very good value for the quality.

I've been using this for a while, and it definitely helps with posture by allowing me to keep my knees level with the seat of the chair which is recommended. I have noticed that it reduced pain in my lower back and overall makes it more comfortable sitting down, which used to get quite painful. You can adjust it into different angles to suit your needs, but this mechanism can easily become unlocked and shift it about. It's not a huge issue, and it happens by knocked the middle part so can be avoided once known, it is just a little annoying. I started using this as well as the The Original McKenzie Lumbar Roll - D-Shaped (Packaging Varies) and find that my back pain has gone when sitting down! Delighted with that because of these two products.

Does the job, but isn't that wide (par for the course I think) and the front locking pedal is easily knocked so it often comes unlocked from the angle you want. Still an improvement for posture at a desk though.

I have found this to be a godsend being able to adjust the height means that i can sit at my home built odd height desk very comfortably with my feet supported. There was a little self assembly required but was a matter of moments. the height setting guide works really well and unlike some others i have had no issue with the height dropping. I tend to keep the swivel on as i like the ability to rock my feet from time to time. but i did use it locked for a week and experianced no issue with it unlocking. When i decided to unlock it i just knocked the catch with my heel and hey presto done. it is sturdy and does not feel like it will fall apart in five minutes unlike some other feet rest. the "nobbly" foot pad feels nice under my socks. this is quite a wide device but as i am of the larger persuasion i tend to have my feet slightly further apart and have no issues with it. all in all a very good purchase that i would recommend to anyone

Just taken delivery of this after a couple of days confusion with the carrier. It has been worth the wait This item is made of sturdy plastic and as long as you use it as a foot rest, and not a short stepping stool, it should endure for years. It is nice and wide/deep with a rubber non slip surface. The height adjustment is the first thing to decide as that gets fixed in position until unfixed again. From there the angle adjustment is quite simple to do as many times as you like, if that's what you want to do. A good purchase.

Purchased it a couple of weeks ago, although a bit worried about the intense smell comments here and at amazon.com. Straight out of the box, it only had a very mild smell, which is to be expected for a new item. I left it outdoors for a couple of hours, just in case (couldn't get the "smell from hell" reviews out of my mind I guess) and never had a problem with it, there's no smell. Maybe it's a production line issue with some foot rests, but mine was fine. It's fairly sturdy for the price, but I'd avoid putting any unnecessary pressure - it probably wouldn't take it, and it's not what foot rests are meant to do anyway. Relax your feet on it and don't push them on while you're getting up from your chair. You might also want to be careful with the height & tilting. They work fine, just don't put unnecessary force, set & forget them. The instructions can be confusing at first since there's no text at all, but rather an elaborate colour-image-numbering system, which is easy to decipher with a little bit of extra thought. If you want a foot rest for barefoot massaging you'd better look elsewhere, since this one's surface is almost flat and will probably require frequent cleaning. For working purposes, it's a very good item.

The plastic is brittle and does not stand up to long-term use. Repaired it with Gorilla Glue, but I'm fully expecting it to break again.

I cant imagine being without this foot rest now! Very sturdy with swivel and also lock to keep in one place. I use it more when sitting in arm chair watching TV because it lifts my legs from end ridge of seat and the swivel action means I can move my feet and ankles which is great. Thinking of buying second one to keep under computer desk as it also works very well for ankle swivelling and lifting legs to stop seat cutting into back of thighs.

I received this product and opened it, however, it was really smelly and fine, Rubber might have this smell by nature. However, the surface looks really dusty, looks like a used one, feels like some one has touched with duty shoes. I do not want to waste time to return and pickup a new one. I cleaned it myself and indeed, it could be cleaned away.

Pesante, il giusto, ottima fattura, la pedana bascula perfettamente senza impuntamenti e devo dire che è anche abbastanza bello alla vista. Si regola facilmente è stabile, non scivola e non scricchiola, ha una superficie di appoggio alquanto grande con morbida gomma antiscivolo..... insomma un prodotto certamente buono. Direi promosso e dal rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. Lo consiglio e lo ricomprerei.

Siendo uno de los muchos que pasamos más horas trabajando, sentados frente a un ordenador, que en pie, he tenido ya varios reposapiés de escritorio. En general estos productos siempre me han defraudado por su frustrante relación calidad precio: suelen ser inexplicablemente caros (por encima de los 40€) y, a cambio, su calidad deja mucho que desear: están fabricados en plásticos de mala calidad, con pocas opciones de ajuste, siendo difícil de encontrar el ajuste correcto, para que luego se desajusten con facilidad, los pies se deslizan también con facilidad, los anclajes del sistema de ajuste se acaban rompiendo a los pocos meses... en definitiva, dan tanto la lata que no te dejan concentrarte. Quiero decir que no puedes olvidarte de que el reposapiés "está ahí". Sinceramente, cuando compré este reposapiés, imaginaba que me encontraría con más de lo mismo. Sin embargo, ahora no podría estar más contento. Este reposapiés es de una calidad excelente. Sin duda el mejor que he tenido. Me ha costado menos de la mitad de lo que he pagado por otros, de supuestamente más calidad y renombre, pero es, con diferencia, el mejor que he tenido. Lo más destacable desde mi punto de vista: - Viene con una especie de plantilla impresa (SmartFit) que en función del tamaño de tu mano, empleando un código de colores, te recomienda un ajuste en altura (tiene 6 posiciones de ajuste de altura). - Dicho ajuste se realiza empleando dos piezas, una a cada lado el reposapiés, mediante las que manejas un sistema metálico de retención: lo aflojas para realizar el ajuste, buscando el color recomendado, y luego lo vuelves a apretar. No se desajustará aunque cambies el reposapiés de posición o te lo lleves a otra habitación, ni aunque te vaya de mudanza. - además puedes ajustar la inclinación de la plataforma del reposapiés. Este ajuste es independiente del anterior y lo puedes controlar (desbloquear, bloquear) con la punta del pié, sin ni siquiera mirar, empleando una especie de pedal que hay en el centro de la plataforma. Siguiendo las instrucciones de "Smartfit" el ajuste ha quedado perfecto. Por primera vez, al poco tiempo de estar sentado, el reposapiés desaparece que mi mente. Desaparece bajo mis pies. Da gusto cuando uno se encuentra con un producto bien diseñado.
