Lip smacking load of deliciousness
Why has this only got 4 stars, I purchased this with little expectation based on this rating and was blown away by the lovely meaty flavour.The meat is juicy, tender and plentiful. The taste is what I was hoping for and more!This is what I come to expect from biltong and this brand sets the standard.I hope y’all enjoy this as much as I did.Most definitely will be purchasing more of this heavenly bag of loveliness!Many thanks;Digital Dobbie.

Great quality meat
This is good quality Biltong I bought the traditional boss beef flavour. I think I’ll go for something with a bit more of a kick next time. It would be helpful if these items were packed with a Ziploc closure please

Very oily
So having grown up in South Africa and having biltong from a very early age I was keen to try this brand and see if its something I could have on a regular order. I could not have made a bigger mistake, on opening the packet I was very surprised at how much oil was all over the product, so much so I thought it was wet from moisture. But no oil, it was dripping in the stuff, and 12 plus paper towels later its still got a film over the pieces.Needless to say I will not buy any more, to me biltong is dry and kept dry in the air, my experience of buying it many years ago was walk into the shops and it was just hanging up ready to eat.

Really good biltong ! Would be nice if they added a choice between lean/fatty options and also did bigger bags, which I can’t seem to find!
