Bulk Micellar Casein Protein Powder, Chocolate, 500g

For the price it is a great protein powder for both taste and amount. I primarily mixed it with water and it was good, I did attempt it with milk as well but it didn't mix well enough for me.

Very good. I was recommended this for muscle and weight recovery post flu and it is pleasant and easy to use. Gentle enough to drink before bed too

Mixes easily in a lidded shaker or blender, tastes ok and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste like some protein powders. The bag however is MASSIVE and is quite hard to use, the powder is VERY light and dusty and scooping powder into your shaker is bound to leave a dusty mess. Also, the resultant shake is quite thin and not really very shake like. You almost get a chocolate milk instead! Still, the drink is quite satisfying and the price good too. I couldn't say if it contributes towards my gym sessions, but I'm sure that you could use it as a handy extra meal replacement if you're bulking up, but struggling to eat all the extra food.

I ordered the chocolate shake and have been taking a serving as my pre-bed protein. The taste isn't amazing but it is alright for only being 103kcal a serving. The texture is good, mixes easily without lumps and makes a nice 'shake' texture.

Not enough flavours in my opinion and not on par with competitors in terms of fortification of minerals and other health supplements

I have got the chocolate shake and it is tasty and easy to take.

Brought the product in emergency, it tastes okay but it’s very powdery even though I followed the instructions and tried my own variations. It doesn’t seem to fully dissolve no matter what I try. Overall okayish

J'ai essayé plusieurs protéine, isolat, whey, Hydro... Seul la whey que je n'est pas retenu... Il me restait à essayer la caséine. C'est chose faite, et je ne suis pas déçu... Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus épais que ça et en faite c'est plus la texture qui est différente... Ça passe nickel... Pour le moment je la prend le soir avant le couché et d'autres protéine en journée... Peut être que je vais en prendre aussi le matin au réveil... Le kilo est bien là et le goût chocolat est très agréable. L'odeur de la poudre donne envie de ce faire un shaker... A voir dans le temps pour sont efficacité... Satisfait, j'en reprendrais sans doute. Faible en graisse et en sucre.

Habe es bestellt weil Casein langsamer vom Körper aufgenommen werden und daher Abends (nicht nach einem Workout) besser als Whey sein soll (der Körper kann Proteine nicht speichern und gerade abends hab ich manchmal "Eiweiß-Lücken" in meiner Ernährung). Zum Produkt selbst: fairer Preis (pro Gramm Protein) für ein Markenprodukt, dass die Inhaltsangaben stimmen davon geh ich aus. Die Sorte Schoko ist geschmacklich ok. Die Konsistenz ist allerdings bei gleicher Flüssigkeitsmenge deutlich "pudding-artiger" als bei den Whey-Produkten anderer Marken die ich bisher kenne, vor allem mit Milch gemischt. Und es staubt stärker, das soll aber anscheinend bei Casein generell so sein. Dafür ziehe ich aber nichts ab.

Das ist das erste Casein Produkt das ich mir zugelegt habe und ich muss sagen es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Geschmack wird vielen bekannt vor kommen da es sehr an den Nestle Kakao erinnert, jedoch nur nicht so geschmacksintensiv ist was man aber definitiv nicht als negativen Punkt ansehen sollte da manche Leute das Pulver jeden Tag verzehren und es dadurch mit der zeit immernoch genießbar bleibt deswegen von mir 5 Sterne. Getrunken mit Wasser hab ich selbst bei großen Mengen (50-70g) nie irgendwelche negativen Nebenwirkungen oder ähnliches mitbekommen selbst mit meinem empfindlichen Magen verträgt sich das Pulver 1 A Sahne. Vermischen tut es sich auch ohne Probleme, wie vorhin erwähnt nutze ich große Portionen von dem Pulver in meinem Shaker und nach wirklich nur ein bisschen hin und her schütteln ist alles perfekt miteinander vermischt. Klumpenbildung tretet eher selten auf! Da es sich hierbei um Casein handelt ist meine Empfehlung an euch alle, legt euch einen 3L shaker zu füllt den bis zur Hälfte mit Wasser, fügt ca. 50g vom Casein hinzu und trinkt das ganze vor dem schlafen gehen und/oder bei der arbeit. Somit ist euer Körper in den Zeiten wo ihr nicht oder nur wenig esst mit wichtigen Proteinen beholfen und ihr werdet in kürzester Zeit Unterschiede merken an eurem Körper, Kraft und an der Regenerierung eurer Muskel. Fazit: Geschmaklich (Schoko) : Sehr gut (meiner Meinung nach) Verträglichkeit : Sehr gut Wirkung : sehr gut P/L : sehr gut

Guter Geschmack, sowohl als Shake als auch als Pudding.
