Ok if you want black and white picture
Reasonable instructions fairly easy to install.. Crap picture not in colour as sales picture indicates, black and white but clear. Good signal but takes a little while to get used to controls on the inside console.

supplier came back to me in the end and suggested something I had already done and if that didnt work contact manufacturer - i had already contacted the manufacturer who also came back to me - to cut a long story short i have a faulty battery which the manufacturer has said they will send a new one - however as suggested by manufacturer after swapping batteries over the unit does work - so have updated from 1 star to 3 stars - when the replacement battery arrives i hope to update furtherhard wired you are supposed to be able to see who is behind the door using the monitor without the outside intercom call button being pressed - this function does not work at all - i have paired the monitor and intercom multiple times and it does not save the pairing - i tried this hard wired only dont work at all - added the battery back in hard wired the unit works again but not this function and strangely when battery added back only ever shows a 50% charge on the intercom battery even though still hard wiredcontacted the seller for help and no response at all - one of the worst items i have ever bought through amazon sadly - useless to me - very disappointed

Wireless range approximately 3 meters
Wireless range is approximately 3 meters through one wall. It loses both video and audio reception on bigger distances.Completely useless. Might as well have thrown the money out the window.
