can this be plugged into an existing solar panel ?

It is a mains run pump no solar powered.

Is it possible to dismantle this pump for cleaning purposes?

I find that the grid, which is adjustable for flow, keeps small bits of leaf etc. from entering the pump and have not needed to try to dismantle it. I just take the bits off with my fingers then rinse it with the hose.

Is this pump suitable for use in uk where voltage is 220 volts or is it only for use in usa ?

Mine is working very well here in uk. The voltage is comparable to the supply of electricity in the UK

They are wired into the pump, but there is a short cable so it can be placed away from the pump if you want. Just the one wire comes from pump to mains.
