Great item
If you cannot have much salt this is a great replacement..I have vertigo and high blood pressure salt makes it worse since using so low salt i have no problems..tastes exactly the same as normal salt. Highly recommend

A useful alternative when reducing sodium
I bought this for health reasons as I needed to reduce the amount of sodium in my diet without completely giving up the taste of salt. It works well for seasoning meals and can be used much like ordinary table salt. The flavour is slightly different if too much is added, but I adapted to it quickly and only need a small amount. The 350g tub lasts a good while and makes it much easier to control my sodium intake while still enjoying properly seasoned food. A practical substitute that does what I need.

Good Product
I use this as an alternative salt to rock salt as I need to be careful about my BP. It's a good product and I don't notice the funny taste that other reviewers have mentioned. It just doesn't seem quite as salty as normal salt, but you soon get used to it.

I love this salt even though its low salt there isn't much difference and it's better for your health value for money I don't think it's as fine as the normal salt but that's my opinion

Bought this for a change as we were only using Kosher salt for a while. Boy did it change the taste but not in a bad way. It really does taste Lo salt which is great because you can add more. You canโt take it out!! Hehe

Great alternative
My Nutritionist approved my purchase because she said it provides potassium, which will help with my diet. It's a great alternative to standard salt, taste like salt even though I don't use much salt if rarely. However when I want a little salt I use this and when baking for lower sodium intake.
