Good value for money
Good value for money. I've ordered this product a couple of times now. It seems to be helping, I'm not quite so tired & my hair has stopped falling out following shingles. The only down side is that The tables are quite large, so not a good option for people who have a difficulty.

You dont have to take all 5!!
You don't have to take all 5!! I contacted Lindens and they confirmed that if you want to, you can take up to 5 per day. I am currently taking 2 a day and that's enough.

Too many tablets to take for one dose
Unfortunately I had to go with a different brand for while because my usual brand was out of stock and would be for a couple of months. Therefore , had to choose another for a while . My normal brand I only needed to take one tablet. This one I have to take 5. I find them difficult to swallow. I won’t to buying again. Sorry

These work for me.
Good quality product for the price, really happy with them they keep the swelling in my knee's and joints down substantially. Also my cramps have stopped? Happy days.
