This was a super impulse purchase. I barely looked at any other products or read reviews. My back is killing me today and I needed relief fast. ChatGPT told me to buy this brand and I didn't really question it! This is also going to come in handy for that time of the month. I paid the extra 4.99 to have it delivered within 3 hours and it got here with 10 minutes to spare. I immediately opened it up and am lying on it as I write this. First impressions: The seaglass color is very pretty and the fabric is super soft and plush. The cord is plenty long. It came with a travel bag/dust cover which is nice. Even though I knew what size I ordered and it is big enough for my purposes, I was still a little surprised at how small it was. If you are on the larger side or have a large area to cover, make sure you visualize how big 20x24 really is. I turned it onto the lowest setting (1 of 6), waited maybe 30 seconds, then laid down. I was surprised at how quickly it warmed up and how warm it felt on the lowest setting. I am also wearing two layers right now so I am impressed by the heat. You do get used to the heat after several minutes which can feel like it "stopped working". I'll probably use this on level 3 or 4 most of the time. I tried out level 6 and it gets quite hot. I had to turn it down because I started sweating! I've owned many heating blankets in the past that die after a year or two of casual use (Sunbeam, looking at you), and one reason I decided to buy this one was because of the 5 year limited warranty. IMO this is really overpriced (I paid 49.99 in Feb 2026), but I am hoping that means this is a high quality product and will actually last me more than 2 years. So far I have absolutely no complaints about this heating pad, but if anything changes I'll update this review.

I finally tossed my old heating pad and after checking lots of reviews decided on the Pure Enrichment PureRelief. What a great decision. I have none of the problems with heating that some of the reviewers complained about. It heats great and it stays heated for the duration of the setting. Of course, it may not be for you if you want to set your back on fire, but for those of us who want enough heat to relieve the aches and pains of stress, damaged muscles, and old age, this heating pad is great. Its soft and large enough to cover your back or your thighs . And its flexible enough that you can drape it around your shoulders. Not only that but the control panel is easy to use. This is a very good product.

It does not get too hot as some of my different heating pads and the controller is a much better quality and the pad is soft and pliable.

This is the only heating pad i could find on amazon that is big enough for a cat to comfortably to lie on. I bought it for my rescue kitten. Like other heating pads on Amazon, i find even the highest setting on this not hot enough, unlike the one i bought in Asia that goes up to 167F. (150F was the perfect temperature for my dog.) But I guess we’ll just have to make do. It’s already the best quality heating pad I can find on amazon in the US.

I give this heating pad 4.5 stars. It is the 2nd one that I have purchased. It lasted about 2.5 years with me using it daily. I wish I would’ve lasted longer, but I like it so much and I purchased it again. The size of the heating pad is huge and it gets so warm that I don’t use past setting #3, so if you like a hot heating pad, you will be disappointed. I always use the 2 hour auto shut-off, but you could choose to leave it on. The controls are easy to use and the cord is a decent length. It does not give off a weird Oder like some and the material is soft and pretty flexible. I recently purchased my 2nd and after a couple of uses the heating pad malfunctioned. I was able to exchange without issue since I was within the 30 day return window.

PURE makes the best heating pads available (on Amazon) and I have used them for years. They are well made and easy to use. Always cool before rolling or folding to put away. Easy to wash. I have the neck and shoulder warmer, a turquoise rectangular for back and feet and a grey smaller rectangular for small of my back. No problems if cared for and not folded or rolled, especially when hot or still warm. I wasted $$ on Chinese versions that broke almost immediately and found PURE products on Amazon and cannot live without them, especially in winter. Great for direct heat. I would not recommend letting pets lie on them as lowest heat setting is still very warm plus claws could damage.

Bought march 2019... died April 2026. I think that is a pretty amazing run for an item that I know that was used at least 5000 hours. It sat on my couch on top of three pillows I have piled up and I used it everytime I watched TV. When my back would go out, I would take it into the bedroom and sleep on it. Nice size and covers most of my back. I should buy it again to replace the old one.... but I'm going to buy an even larger one from another brand.... I hope i don't regret my decision.

It's soft and wide like it claims. But when it's laid in it rumples up easily if you have to turn over and the seam edges are pretty thick and are hard when laying on it. The thermostat is nice. There is a back light to see the 1-6 heat levels. It does heat up very well. BUT the big deal is I can't get it to unlcip so I can wash it. I'll have to use pliers to squeeze the clips so I can pull the plug out. Otherwise it's a good heating pad.

There is no information about voltage rating in the description of this device. I wonder how this buyer and Amazon send 120v device to Saudi Arabia where it is only 220V power is available!!!!!

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it's functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it's no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product
