Holy moley, this mustard bath is great! My sinuses cleared for an hour or two, the sinus headache left completely, the aches and pains I thought were just part of getting older seeped out into the bathwater. My shoulder moves without me screaming in agony. I wake up knowing that if I garden too long or the new workout kicks me in the behind, I can have a luxurious, healing bath.

This is a household favorite! It is a winter essential. It has a very strong soothing aroma, a mixture of menthol, minty, and herbal mustard that is soothing and comforting. The family has recently had a monster cold/sinus thing, and this mustard bath made a huge difference in our well-being and recovery. This product helps to clear the nasal passages when soaking in a hot bath and really makes a difference when you're sore and achy. This product is amazing, even when you don't have a cold and just want to pamper yourself and relieve sore muscles.

This is an awesome bath item. I did NOT follow directions and do a cold bath afterwards on my first use. The second bath - oh boy I felt it. The water has to be HOT, not warm. I felt sensations around my feet and ankles. The smell is light , no discoloration of bath. I felt immediately relaxed, my knee pain subsided for a few hours. I took a cold shower after and kept warm. Apparently I was TOXIC. The next day I was dizzy and a little weak. It is VERY important to stay hydrated. Once I was rehydrated I felt fine. I felt lighter , and loose. I can’t really describe it any other way. Just did a foot bath and will see if it brings the same results. Had a larger than normal elimination the next day after the bath( it was very very very long and one solid piece). Lost 2 pounds as well. Will definitely continue to do this.

I used to use these salts years ago and saw them again on this site and ordered. Forgot how therapeutic they are until I added them to my bath recently. The formula seeps into the muscles and gets rid of the stiffness and fatigue. It is suggested to use 2 oz in each bath so you will only get 4 baths from this container. Also, must rinse with cold water at the end of your soak to stop the "action". Well worth the price especially if you are on your feet all day.

For best effect you need to come up to quite a hot bath. It really feels so invigorating for your skin and at the same time really relaxing. It's the best bath product that I've tried.
