Worth testing different times of consumption
I read mixed reviews about this product but decided it give it a go. Nice small packaging- posted through my letter box. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. No taste or after taste. I’ve had a tablet first thing in the morning and found there was no impact during the day. I’ve had the tablet after lunch and this is where I’ve had the impact I was looking for. No cravings for sugary products after lunch or dinner. Normally I always crave something sweet after lunch and dinner. I would buy again.

Great stuff!
Seems to be working, I'm trying to lose weight and am a Type 1 diabetic, I really do seem to be craving carbs less and my sugar levels have been more stable. Good price as well, I'll be taking this long term. Just hope the high daily dose does not stress the kidneys! Make sure you drink plenty of water with it.

Tiny and easy to take
Easy to take they are very tiny, if they are working?I'm not sure yet I only started 2 weeks ago.. I know I'm not always eating, so maybe they are helping..
