Is this suitable for vegans?

I am not a Vegan but everything I have read suggests it is from total vegetable ingredients. I have High Blood Pressure and take this with no side effects. I hope maybe I have helped. Am no expert but I have been taking it a long time.

Are these Gluten free?

I don't have these tablets as I have ordered mine from Germany (Fairvital Bioaktive Vitaisoffe) Quercetin plus C (120 capsules) and they are GLUTEN FREE. I have no knowledge of Solgar's make. I highly recommend these German capsules they are great! A bit more expensive but worth it.
