As long as it does what's expected
Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price.I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉

Lo empecé a usar còmo coadyuvante de Medicacion para mejorar la función nerviosa en una patología lumbar. Para mi ha sido todo un descubrimiento . Reconozco que no pensaba que fuera a notar algún efecto y sin embargo he de decir que me está ayudando. En ningún momento quiero dar pie a que nadie piense que es la solución milagrosa que te evita tomar pastillas!!! Es un complemento que ayuda muchísimo junto con el tratamiento.
