Anti reverse switch. People in Europe use this instead of drag. It's completely pointless really.

What is the line capacity?

Quite a bit. I have about 330 yards of 50 lbs test spectra with mono backing.

Is this reel sealed against water intrusion ?

This is a $100 reel. It actually is not "sealed" as the term is used in 2020. Do not think that you can dunk it. You will need to take care with this. It must be rinsed, dried and lubed after every use if you expect this reel to last long. Having said that, this reel appears to be a bargain.

No it does not come with a spare spool. However this reel is very heavy. And after the 200th cast you get very tired. This reel is meant for bait fishing and waiting for fish to come to you. Very strong reel. Good buy. Not mention for consecutive casting. Go with a liter reel.
