Bible Sliders (Candle Tiny Tots)

A great wee book. My little one can easily slide out the moveable parts and loves the animals.

Very good for youngsters

No real story

I live in Italy and there are apparently few books about the Bible for toddlers. I found this one and was intrigued by the idea of the sliders. I’m not totally satisfied. The book is intended for over 3 years old children, for a chocking hazard that I can’t relate to any possible part of the item. At the same time, this type of books and style are loved by younger children. It could be somewhat “childish” for a three years old. The number of pages/subject is low, compared to other sliders books. The illustration style is very nice, but I feel the book lacks a solid idea as a foundation of its project. Basically there are about 5/6 subjects with a question and an answer about a biblical fact, but the child needs to know the fact by other sources and the book looks as a very nice “test” to help the child memorize notions, instead of developing ideas or feelings. Delivery was very fast.

Good book, bought it as a christening gift. Was smaller (page wise) than expected but a lovely read and very colourful.

Great little book for little hands! My 17 month old grand daughter loves this book!

Grandkids love to slide these while getting a great story.

Just want to say that to book came with out the cover slide, it should be communicated that there are missing pages.

I like the interactive book style and was thrilled to see someone applied it to Bible stories. I think the book is pretty good for what it is and in fact I think there should be a sequel! This is what the book has: 1. On the front cover, open the ark to see all the animals inside. 2. After the flood, God puts a rainbow in the sky. 3. An angel closes the lions mouths so Daniel is unharmed. 4. The Good Shepherd finds a lost sheep. 5. Jesus heals a sick man lowered from the roof. Very cute book, but I wish the writing was one line longer just to give some conclusion to things, but I can add it in myself when reading. BTW - Do not buy the "More Bible Sliders" book as it does not have the same charm.
