Chamomile Intea childrenc shampoo Blonde Highlights contains a mixture of natural flower chamomile extract and neutral pH surfactants that contain sulfates less than 3.5%.

can children aged 5 use this product

Good question. My son was 3 years old when I stated using and it was great. He don't have any allergy so I tried.

Does this lighten dark blonde hair? Is it brassy/yellow tones or does it give highlights?

It does help accentuate the blonde but to ACTUALLY lighten it you need the hair lightener first.
