I purchased these after doing some research to try and get help for my sugar cravings. I have always had a sweet tooth and during the second lockdown suffered terribly with extreme sugar cravings- which resulted in my sugar consumption going out of control!! When I say how bad it was I am shocked- a full packet of jammie dodgers ; three or four packet of sweets; cake chocolate in one day thinking the next day would be different, three donuts one after the other and still wanting more. I gained 5 kilos in the space of four/ six weeks . I was desperate to get some help - I found these looking for another product that was unavailable and felt I had nothing to lose from trying, but was doubtful anything would help if I’m honest ? On day two of taking them I noticed quite a marked difference- I thought it might be a ‘placebo’ type affect ( but was happy anyway because sugar was draining me if my energy and making me feel terrible) So from day two my sugar cravings were considerably reduced, I could still eat a biscuit or some chocolate, but I wasn’t desperate or greedy for it ! Bought this to try but don’t know whether this product is really going to help me reduce my blood sugars significantly I have bought enough to last for three months but have not as yet seen any justification for continued use at the moment. May have to look into this in depth to see how they are actually supposed to work. I don’t think that it’s all about just taking them and hoping that they do miracles Still feel that a better diet and more exercise is the way forward
