Want to know if there is a difference between r-"alpha" lipoic acid and r-lipoic acid?

Alpha Lipoic Acid contains the R form and the S form. The R form is NATURAL and 40 times more absorbable than the S form. The S form also competes for absorption sites with the R form. So don't waste your money on Alpha Lipoic Acid. R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and R-Lipoic are the same thing. Be careful when buying a cheap R-Lipoic Acid. Some companies claim their product is the R form and it's not.

Do they test for heavy metals?
