It's lovely looking cable. It's white, black and earth(green/yellow) coloured cables though for people who might be expecting brown, blue and earth.

I bought a few lights from Amazon. What I didn’t check before buying it was how long the wire was. When you think about buying a light, that is for outside you don’t really think about how long the wire is. Well I didn’t. So I needed to figure out what to do. Most of the wiring fitted outside is quite thick but I saw this and realised this is a solid option. So when I got it comes in a plastic wrap and you can tell it is new. It has the three main wires to extend any think.So I took off the plug and add this in and extend added this wire on to the other end. Fitting it was easy it is really strong. I did worry about the fabric in the rain but it’s not only fabric it’s got some pvc in.It looks good and because it’s black it matches the other wiring. The wire is well protected.It has a yellow (neutral) white and black.Overall it looks good and the light works perfectly.

Good flex for vintage lamps/lights. Decent quality, nothing to dislike, it does the job.

It was great did not snap when strangling my partner

I don't believe this wiring is up to UK spec, wrong coloured wires- should be blue, brown and green/yellow, i received black, white and green/yellow.

Good solution for exposed wires

Please do not buy this wire. Mine had the old red and black wires instead of the legally required blue and brown. I cannot use mine now. I assume I cannot get my money back?
