Bob-a-Lot Interactive Dog Toy, Small

This is a fantastic puzzle toy for your precious furbaby!!! It also does what it says, Bobs-a-Lot. Unfortunately, my little rescue dog doesn't understand squeeky dog toys, or any toys really, until I found interactive toys, & he loves them. I'm over the moon, so happy, he eventually has got something to play with. This Bob-a-Lot is fantastic. It's weighted at the bottom, so it won't fall over, it just wobbles. The top unscrews & you pop the treats in there, they fall into the toy, ready for your dog to play. I was surprised at the weight of this toy, it's really quite heavy, but it needs to be to work.

An excellent interactive dog toy that stands out from all others we've tried (many snuffle mats, ball feeders and Kongs). The adjustable difficulty settings works well - when set to maximum difficulty, it keeps our dog engaged for up to 30 minutes. The small size holds between 40-60g of kibble dependant on what difficult you have it on. Pros: - The adjustable difficulty makes it versatile for different dogs and keeps them challenged, providing up to 30 minutes of entertainment at the highest setting - Extremely durable construction with strong plastic and good weight, ensuring it can handle regular use Simple but effective design that dogs understand quickly while still maintaining interest Cons: - Food loading can be tricky - would benefit from including a funnel - Difficulty adjustment sliders are quite stiff to move, though they stay securely in place Multiple friends have bought this toy on our recommendation and agree it's worth the investment. 5/5 stars - would absolutely recommend for any dog owner looking for a good feeder toy!

Bought the small size of this item for my Teddy (he is some sort of terrier breed, probably cairn terrier is the closest to what he is but we dont really know) anyway only saying that as i would have ordered the size large if it was in stock but there was only small... and im so glad that was the case as it is quite sturdy and weighty as its supposed to be. if i had gone with the large i dont think he would be able to lift it. its kept him entertained but you do need quite tiny treats to go in it as the hole they come out of isnt that big. you can leave the top off it which has a bigger hole for filling it up and for treats to come out but that might encourage chewing and eventually distort the top. he has to work a bit harder to get the treats out which keeps him entertained for longer as toys like Kongs are nice but he tends to just slam dunk them to get the treats out quicker, with this one he has to take his time a bit more.

Absolutely brilliant dog toy. Our Vizsla puppy needs the mental stimulation and this toy is perfect. Keeps her busy for half hour and that's with only a handful of her biscuits in. She goes absolutely mental with exctiment when she sees you getting the bob it to put her treats in, her full bum wagging haha. Perfect size and weight for a 3 month old puppy. Really tough and sturdy too. She's tried to have a chew on it at times but failed miserably. I'll definitely be buying the large one when she gets to adult life. Can't recommend this toy enough

Purchased this again for a friend this time, a 1st time dog owner. My own enjoyed, still does hours of pleasure chasing this around, the video of the new addition to the friends home, evidence the enjoyment this mutt is getting as well as the owner having peace and quiet whilst getting on with her day. Comes in 2 sizes, either small or large, small on display in the video for the smaller mutt, needless to say the bigger version for the larger dog. Its one of the best treat toys on the market, very robust indeed, puts a smile on your face watching their antics.

My dog (dachshund- 17 months)) received it this afternoon. He was scared for half an hour. Then he realised allowing he had to do: to bite open the slider at the bottom chamber. Even when I close it, he opens it in seconds. I have to accept not being able to buy a dachshund toy that entertains him longer than 5 minutes

Alfie our 4 month old doodle loves his bob-a-lot ! He's a very greedy boy & wolfs his kibble down in a nanosecond. This helps slow him down and also keeps him amused for ages. Really sturdy, we had a larger one for our last dog, a doberman, and it was really chew proof. Easily adjusts for dry food of all sizes. Would highly recommend !!

Over the years we've tried a variety of different toys of this type that dispense treats or bits of kibble to keep the dog entertained in the evening however one of the constant problems even with the better ones is that they only work well with certain sizes of kibble. Even some of those with adjustable parts (such as sections you can cut back) they tend not to handle changes of kibble size meaning it either comes out too quickly or not at all. I came across this toy in the Amazon lightning sale and it solves this issue with a couple of adjustable slots, one feeding from the top section to the main part and one on the exit for the kibble from the main section. This allows the flow of kibble to be easily controlled and with a little adjustment makes it enough of a challenge for the dog without it being impossible. Unlike his large Kong dispenser this toy is quicker to self right making it more difficult for the dog to keep rolling it on its size and quickly empty the treats. Size wise our dog is a fairly small show Cocker Spaniel and chose the smaller version of the toy for him and it's a good size for him - there's plenty of space for kibble and he can easily belt it around...perhaps a bit too easily. It's a good treat to be able to give the dog in the evening as it only needs a small handful of kibble and he gets plenty of entertainment knocking it around getting the kibble out.

This is a great product. I have used almost every kind of dispenser type to you there and this is one of the best I've ever come across. The product is well made, has a certain heft to it so it won't simply roll underneath the couch. It bobs around which is fun for my dog, and the dispensing hole is adjustable so I can extend play time by making it more difficult for the food to come out. A lot of people have complained about the noise, so I was a bit concerned about it. I live in an apartment with vinyl wood flooring. So far I have not witnessed any problems. It makes a bit of a shaker noise when it's moving around but nothing I can't tolerate and I wouldn't call it a nuisance. I think you'd have to have some pretty shotty walls and floors for this to bother the neighbours. I don't think it's any louder than a bouncing ball to be honest. As for the setup, it is really fool proof. You twist open the yellow lid, put the kibbles or treats in there, shake around till they've all fallen into the green cavity, close the opening and screw the lid back on. Next you adjust the small opening on the exterior of the green cavity. Voila it's done. To show my my puppy how to play it, I took his paw and give the toy a little shove. Some kibbles fell out immediately. I had set it to the easiest level so dispensing was guaranteed. He caught on right away and started pushing the thing around. At first when the toy bobbed around it startled my puppy somewhat. It was very cute watching him bark at the thing. He was a bit too gentle with it at first but boy did the food motivate him to get rougher with it. As mentioned there is some heft to the thing so it doesn't get shoved around that easily. Once in a while my dog will push the toy all the way to the corner underneath the stairs, wedging in an impossible spot. I would then have to intervene and pull it out. Size wise this works for my cocker spaniel puppy. The cavity looks spacious so I imagine it will remain useful for the foreseeable future. I'm very happy with this product. I paid full price for it and it has incredible value. It's cheaper than a lot of toys out there but the quality is top notch. It's very easy to clean and I expect it to last a long time. The adjustable slot makes it fun always for the dog. I use it now to feed my dog dinner and he gets very excited by the sight of it. I would definitely recommend this product if you are shopping around something interactive for a food-driven dog.

Bu ürünün ise ağız kısmı geniş ve oldukça ağır, köpeğim tam kavrayıp kaldıramıyor. Üstelik üstünü çıkarıp kullanma şansınız da var. 1 yaşında Maltipoo için Small aldım ve şuanlık çok memnunum. Tek eksisi tam sökülemediğinden yıkanırken ve mama koyarken biraz uğraş istemesi.

En cuanto al envío todo bien, sin problema alguno y rápido. Mi perrita recién adoptada lloraba todo el rato cada vez que yo salía de casa (aunque hubiera alguien más con ella), pero gracias a productos como este (que pueden rellenarse de comida para se entretenga en sacarla de él) dejó de hacerlo y aprendió a estar sola. Le encanta este juguete. Es una mix de podenco y como tal es muy activa tanto física como mentalmente, con lo que se lo pasa genial con el reto de tener que sustraer todos los granos de pienso. El juguete tiene dos portañuelas por las que tiene que pasar el pienso para salir, y al ser de apertura graduable puedes ajustarlas para el tamaño de la comida y para el nivel de dificultad que quieras. Además en cuanto a resistencia aguanta muchísimo, pues después de los golpes que le ha dado sigue como nuevo. En definitiva, un producto divertido, eficaz, duradero y 100% recomendado.

Das ist auf Hartböden extrem laut (v.a. für Nachbarschaft darunter), denn das Gerät wiegt sogar in der S-Variante fast einen dreiviertel Kilo. Auf Teppichen ist der Bob leise, aber auch weniger tanz- und wackelfreudig. Eine DIY-Abhilfe benötigte die Schiebetür des Leckerliauslasses. Das Türchen lässt sich beim Spielen z. B. mit Krallen oder Zähnen auf- und zuziehen. Wir haben es daher auf die gewünschte Breite einfach festgeklebt. Die richtige Einstellung der Schiebetür auf die Größe der Leckerlis ist spielentscheidend, da sie sonst zu schnell herauspurzeln. Die Gutzis werden völlig zufällig ausgeworfen - manchmal kommt lange nichts, dann sind die Intervalle wieder kurz. Um zum Ziel zu kommen, muss man Aktivität und auch Frustrationstoleranz zeigen. Tolles Spielzeug zum Alleinbeschäftigen von bewegungsfreudigen Hunde, sehr massiv und solide. Beim Schiebetürchen muss man halt nachhelfen.
