Anchor AL78467 Long Stitch Kit: Winter Through The Window, Multi, 15 x 21cm

My 92 yo mother, a very experienced knitter and stitcher, found this positively challenging. Lots of intricate bits (for her) which were good for her mental stimulation. Some bits she changed to suit her personal artistic appreciation. She beamed with pride when the finished picture was framed and hung up in her room. The vibrant indoor colours were highlighted by the outdoor snowy landscape. The cat looks better with a red collar!

I absolutely love this, it took a while for me to purchase as it’s not cheap and am so pleased I eventually did. I lost my dear cat May 2021 and was heartbroken, he was a black cat so this was perfect. I’d seen it many times prior to his passing but when he had I just had to buy it. It wasn’t as hard as I thought, it took me a while to get started as I was anxious as to whether I could do it but as images show I did. It’s not perfect but it is for me as a memory piece. The 4 stars is purely down to the material, I wasn’t keen working on it but I can see why it was chosen with using such thick strands. I would highly recommend it and would say that I’m no expert but I managed, even a beginner could do this. I was going to make a cushion cover and add this onto it, but I’ve decided on a frame instead to protect it. Which ever I decide in the end I’ll upload an updated image.

Was bought as a gift. The transaction was very smooth and efficient. The long-stitch is now finished and looks lovely. Some bits were a little fiddly but very pleased with result. A particularly eye-catching and detailed long-stitch pattern.

Very nice long stitch. Everything was present and correct, the instructions are clear. A little smaller than I had imagined, but the description was accurate, I just didn't check a ruler!

I have made this long stitch for us to enjoy at Christmas and bought this one to do for friends who are cat lovers too.Long stitch is so much easier than cross stitch and has encouraged me to do more long stitch for friends .

Not for me, I thought the holes would be better, I'm sure it will be great for someone with good eyesight I was looking for a larger hole canverse

Dislike long stitch, sorry. I gave my sister in law and she find hard.

Good kit for beginners like me

Long stitch kits are hard to find. This kit is very nice, colors vibrant. Came together quickly
