Although this product is quite expensive it goes a long way and is easy to apply.......Worth the money.....TRY IT.

It feels like in today's world nothing's cheap, and I'm used to that, but this stuff still seems rather expensive. There's no doubt that this is a great product that restores a deeper colour to worn plastics, but I quickly became aware that 15ml doesn't go a long way. With a 15ml bottle I was able to carefully (not wasting any) give a 55cm x 70cm plastic hood three individual coats of the liquid on one side (the attached photo is the remaining liquid after one complete coat). The finish is good and the light grey plastic now looks dark and with well balanced coverage. The part I was coating didn't need to look like new, so I didn't repair scratches or dinks before application, I simply washed it down, then used a grease remover followed by Isopropyl alcohol before waiting for the plastic to fully dry. The product only comes with 4 applicator pads and instructions, so I had to use my own gloves - it's sticky stuff that you don't want on your hands. You also want to work in a ventilated area as it's not a good idea to breath this stuff in. It has a chemical smell that's not terrible, but I could still taste it a little an hour after use, so I'll use a mask (or use it outside) in the future. When dry, the plastic retains that deep grey finish and it looks much nicer in the garden, but it comes at a cost that just feels over-inflated. If I was selling a vintage car and wanted the best price, I may use this, but I'd keep in mind that I'd likely need the larger kit (or two or more for some vehicles) so, it'd be prudent to work out whether it'll improve the sale price, and when and where it is or isn't worth it.

I have used this product twice before & it's really good & lasts a long time would recommend it, covers well to.

This stuff is amazing - a tiny amount on a pad and rub it into the trim and it turns it instantly back to a really nice black, buff with a cloth and its done , and no sticky residue either which seemed to be a problem with some other similar products. The black plastic trim / rubber door seals etc.. on my 09 Civic were mostly very grey and looked terrible but a few minutes with this product and it looks almost like new - the trim and rubber seals are all a really nice smooth black again and so far I see no signs of any residue or blotches or any other issues - it's only been a couple of days so far so time will tell if it lasts or if any issues arise, but so far it has transformed the appearance of the car and I am very pleased indeed. Yes it's expensive but it only required a tiny amount for all the plastic on my car, the bottle is still almost full. Assuming the color lasts and no issues appear then it was very much worth the money. If any issues develop then i'll adjust my review accordingly.

Expensive but fantastic stuff, a little goes a long way. Brilliant for bumpers, scuttles etc Update a month later and it’s marked down to 3 stars, it’s not lasted long and is patchy

Der letzte Schrott, jedenfalls bei mir. Ich habe mir das Coating für die Plastik Windlaufabdeckung geholt, um diesen ein bisschen extra UV Schutz zu verleihen. Angewandt wie in der Anleitung beschrieben und 14 Stunden "ziehen" lassen. Nach diesen 14 Stunden war das Ergebnis: fleckig und extrem glänzend. Ich konnte das Coating einfach mit etwas Isopropanol wieder abwischen. Erstaunlich. Nun habe ich 1 Stunde die Teile poliert und bin da wo ich vorher war. Nur 40 Euro ärmer.

This stuff is good. Did the job better than expected? Lasted a long time held up in the sun in Florida buy it again it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth the money.
