Transcend Adhesive Mount for DrivePro-TS-DPA1

Works perfectly for Nextbase Dashcams too!! Nextbase as far as I can tell don't have an adhesive mount option. I have mounted mine front and rear with the Nextbase suction mount which is in my opinion just too bulky for a permanent fixture. Enter the Transcend Adhesive Mount. It's tiny and does the job perfectly - super strong adhesive! Great product!

This little beauty works perfectly with my Nextbase Dash Cams!! I took a chance as its advertised as a DrivePro accessory and the Nextbase specific mount was out of stock but trust me the Nextbase Cams work perfectly with it. It is much less obtrusive than the suction mounting and allows you to position the Camera much higher on the windscreen. The 3M Adhesive sticks to the windscreen perfectly and comes with a spare if you don't read the instructions and mount the Camera immediately after fixing. leave it alone for 24 hrs as instructed and you wont have any problems with it falling off providing you fix it to a clear part of the screen and not the "bobbly area" some car manufacturers put at the top of the windscreen local to the rear view mirror.

A neat little product. I bought on a whim in the hope that the end fitting would fit my nextbase 402G dash cam as it looks the same on the photo. And it fits! The ball joint is a different size so don't expect to swap that over, but the end of the unit that attaches to the dash cam is the same fitting. The arm is only moveable at the ball joint end, the fitting end is fixed moulded plastic.

Sticks well and comes with spare sticky pad which is handy. Bought as the dashcam kept falling off the screen in hot weather etc using the suction cup version that came with the dashcam. I then had problems where the dashcam would not charge properly or would struggle to turn itself on (stuttered/flickered) even when not attached to charging cable. I nearly disregarded the dashcam itself thinking it was faulty. As a last try before giving up, I got a replacement cable which solved the problem. It turned out that when the dashcam fell off the screen it kinked the cable so it became faulty. I bought the adhesive mount as i figured it would stay on better. It has been in place several months now and is still well stuck on - They should include this instead of the sucker version imo.

I have two vehicles but just the one DashCam so bought this for my second car. Paired with an inexpensive USB cable I can now quickly and easily swap the dashcam between vehicles just by unclipping it. The adhesive mount is unobtrusive and mounts to the left of my rear view mirror so the DashCam isn't as obvious to passers by. Not sure why some people prefer the suction cup mount....this works fine for me and the DashCam is easy to clip in and unclip. Just make sure to clean the windscreen glass well - before applying the mount.

After changing car, I couldn't remove the old mount from the windscreen, so I ended up purchasing this new one. It looks identical and if it performs anything like the old one it should be there for over ten years (it's been there just over a year already and it's been fine).

Purchased as a replacement due to not being able to remove the original mount when i sold my car but wanted to keep the dash cam I had, there is no way this mount comes off the screen easily.

The product is an original Transcend mount, unfortunately the sticky pad would not Stickney the screen, it fell off after 24hrs. I had warmed the screen and pad for a better adhesion but it didn't help. Amazon have refunded me for the mount.

Meine Erfahrung ist, dass Saugnapfhalterungen immer wieder von der Scheibe abfallen. Die Klebung ist nach Jahren noch perfekt aber auch etwa im Fall des Frontscheiben- oder PkW Wechsels mit einem Glasschaben wieder ohne Schaden am Halter oder der Scheibe ablösbar - Fingerspitzengefühl und Geschick vorausgesetzt. Ein Zweites Klebepad ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Damit es nicht schief angeklebt wird hat es sich für mich bewährt eine Linie parallel zur Schreibenkante außen mit Folienstift anzuzeichnen und auch die seitliche Positionierung von außen auszumessen und anzuzeichnen um dann von Innen den Sockel korrekt an diesen Markierungen orientiert ansetzen zu können. Der Folienstift lässt sich üblicherweise mit Alkohol spurenfrei abwischen. - So habe ich bei der Erstmontage noch kein zweites Klebepad benötigt.

Commandé suite à un changement de voiture, fidèle à celui d'origine. Une fois collé ça tient sévère ! Je le recommande.
