Flutter Mucus Clearance Device

This device is extremely easy to use, is portable and easy to clean. It basically works on backpressure. You inhale, hold your breath for a couple of seconds, and then exhale out through the device. There is a very sturdy steel ball in the device which moves about as you are exhaling. This causes a bit of resistance as you exhale, which not only opens up your airways, but vibrates them as well, in order to loosen and move the mucus. This device is almost like a ‘game’ - it is easy and fun to use, and also very productive. After only one session, I was quite surprised at the result. I also have a nebulizer, which is a bit of an ordeal to set up, use and clean. The Flutter takes all of that ‘work’ out of the session. It has been around for decades and is a device with a lot of reviews and information. Highly recommended.

Expensive but worth every penny for clearance of mucus. Have suffered from asthma for years and always found difficulty in clearing mucus but after attending physio classes which have helped breathing techniques this little gadget has been a marvel and does exactly as it says in the information leaflet and video

My wife wanted this as there are good reports of its effectiveness at helping with congestive lung problems from which she has suffered for many years. She is happy to continue with it but not sure if it is helping or not. However, this is not expected to bring about a cure or make a dramatic improvement; just to be an effective alternative to other treatments. Will report again in future.

I've had both asthma and bronchiectasis for many years and coped ok till this winter when I felt I couldn't cough up the mucus. I was prescribed Carbociseine 375 capsules which helped a little but then read about the Flutter device and decided to buy one. I have only had it three days and am not completely used to it yet but it does seem to be working so that I can clear my lungs more easily. The down side of it though is the cost as it was very expensive.

I have severe COPD and have great difficulty in clearing the mucus from my lungs. I have tried many things in the past then I saw this on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try (after all, nothing to lose!). This device clears the mucus within a few minutes and has made a huge difference to my life. I 100% recommend it for COPD sufferers.

Its OK but they are charging a ridiculous amount of money for what it is. Try dropping your price by 75% instead of robbing folk.

The 'Huff ' procedure is fine until ones condition gets to the stage that the stress of the act is close to the edge of causing an exaggeration, it massively reduces the effort needed. Some of the reviewers clearly should not even be buying it because the obviously do not have a lung condition that it is intended for. Is it worth the price, damned right it is
