About the size of a cigarette packet when finished. It's small and fiddly but looks great when done. Instructions were clear and simple. Good product.

Nice looking model, looks harder to build than it is, actually quite simple, except for being the hull the right way. Also the stand does not attach to ship, ship just rests on it, so if base is bent too narrow ship easily falls out from any vibration.

Not suitable for most kids because it is very sharp and i got cut trying to make it and very fiddly. But if your very good at making kits like this I am shore it would look good

Good for beginners with metal models as it only has maybe 20parts and it took me only about an hour to complete. some parts are very thin and flimsy to work with so you need a lot of patience, good tools and steady hands, certainly not for everyone as many people can get frustrated by the tiny pieces. When finished it looks amazing, way better than on their pictures on official web page. I didn't have any problems with these kits as I have a lot experience with paper/card models and photoetched metal parts for plastic models, inexperienced modelers will maybe struggle a bit even this is the easiest model from metal earth's ship range. Search for the brand Metal Earth online for instruction sheets and 360degree finished model pictures that can help you with purchase decision and building I recommend these tools: -Micro needle nose pliers or micro flat nose (I used Leatheman Squirt PS4) -Straight tweezers -Mini flat screwdriver (its better than using fingernails to bend the pins) -Micro side/flush cutters (some parts need to be cut out from the sheet) Pros: -Only a few parts, not too time consuming -Looks very good when completed -Good for beginners Cons: -Not as detailed as I expected for the price -Instructions are very bad in some places, for example it doesn't show how and where to shape the hull -Some parts are very fragile and need to be cut off the sheet using side cutters -Securing the pins for sails on the masts can be very challenging -The base, stand for the ship with name plate is too big and the hull needs to be glued to it using superglue or the ship just tips over and falls out of it

Bought as a gift from my brother. He loves these. Requires patience and concentration but the end result is well worth it.

Bought this for my other half as a valentines present and he loved it! Got a bit frustrated with it at first because the pieces are so small but he got it together after a couple of tries and it looks great! Probably wouldn't recommend for a complete beginner or someone with larger hands (my other half does) as the pieces are quite easy to bend in the wrong way being so small (he especially had trouble with the sails).

Love this. Such good quality. It's a bit fiddly, which I was expecting so I had already got a little file and clippers to get the metal pieces out. I also had some mini pliers which came in handy for bending the metal.

If you've done laser-cut steel models before: this is not the easiest, but it's certainly not the hardest. It takes a while but isn't too frustrating, just finicky, and the final product is amazing. The model isn't actually bigger when assembled than the simpler ones, just more complex (two sheets of steel parts instead of one). If you haven't done one of these before, be warned, these are not puzzles, but rather small models. You need: needle-nose pliers (while some of them can be done with fingertips only, the Black Pearl is too complex); something round, like a pen, to roll the sails around; and the instructions (difficult to do in the right order otherwise). The results are gorgeous but fragile, suitable for display rather than for playing with. All in all, an hour or two enjoyably spent, and an appealing final product.

Das Model ist recht einfach zu bauen. Gut für Einsteiger. Sieht nach dem Bau echt gut aus.
