Doctor put me on a gluten-free diet for a while. Of all the gluten-free noodle options I've tried this is the most tolerable. They have a weird, gummy consistency that is somehow not unpleasant. They taste like water but absorb sauces and seasonings very well. Make sure to rinse after cooking or they become a clumpy mess. Rather expensive for what you get but I suppose everything gluten-free is.

Better than Rice noodles and healthier. Good price too.

Quite possibly one of the most disgusting texture and taste I’ve had lol. Had to throw the whole meal away because I was gagging while eating them because of texture. Not to mention the cancer and reproductive harm warning on them that I did not see until after I made and ate them because I thought maybe I had cooked them wrong because of the awful texture
