Can I use Rim EVO on matte or satin wheels?

Yes — Rim EVO is safe on matte, satin, and gloss finishes. It enhances finish depth without changing the surface texture or reflectivity.

How long does it last?

Rim EVO offers up to 12 months of performance depending on use and wheel type. Aggressive brake setups may require reapplication sooner.

What surfaces can I coat?

Use Rim EVO on painted wheels, clear-coated alloys, powder-coated finishes, brake calipers, and even exhaust tips.

How do I prep the surface?

Clean thoroughly with GYEON Iron Wheel Cleaner, then degrease using GYEON Prep for best bonding. Surface must be free of oils and contaminants.

Can I top Rim EVO with WetCoat or Cure?

Yes — using WetCoat or Cure enhances hydrophobicity and adds a maintenance layer but is not required.

Excellent product

Easy to apply. I took my wheels off as they were freshly powder coated but never the less so easy. Time will tell how it lasts but so far so good.

Makes alloy wheels easy to clean

Bought this coating for my alloy wheels after watching the 'Detailing Channel' YouTube video testing different products. I'm very happy with the product so far and makes the wheels easy to clean with a pressure washer. Supposed to last about 6 months which is fine for me as I swap from summer to winter wheel sets.
