Transotype A3 Layout Pad - 50 Sheets

When this pad first arrived, I have to admit that I doubted its 'no bleed-through' abilities, as the paper is ridiculously thin. However, when I actually started using my Copic markers on it, I couldn't believe how effective it was in stopping the ink from bleeding through; you can be as liberal as you like with the ink and NOTHING bleeds through. It's quite incredible. One thing I would caution against however, is to be super careful if you' re using pencils to sketch and/or fineliners to put down outlines; if you press too hard, it will leave an indentation on the paper below, so you might want to put something beneath the paper you're working on before doing this. Other than this, this stuff is pretty much perfect, the colours go down beautifully and you can mix them to your heart's content without worrying about it bleeding through or spreading out. Recommended!

Great for market pen projects. No bleed outside the lines, perfect for marker pen illustrations and perfect for tracing as its lovely and transparent but not as thin as tracing paper.

after using many papers for markers, this one is okay. on heavy use it still bleeds through to the next page and looks a little grainy with copics. I much prefer to use normal paper with a couple old sheets behind it, much cheaper and much better.

My daughter is in yr 10 at school and taking art, she loves draw especially graphics. We bought her Copic pens but on certain paper they bleed, but on this paper they run smoothly. The paper also works well with Touch pens. Good for price.

Not copic, just some toilet paper thin poor quality knock off. Markers bleed through when blending and lines bleed making it impossible for fine lines. I honestly get better performance from £1.99 printer paper.

Gift for neice,she loves it and uses it with Copic pens. Blends nicely. Will buy from this company again.

A great marker pad, best used with the copic marker system, blending is easy and fun, and has great looking results.

Difficile à utiliser si on est pas habitué ou pro du copic. Attention. Pourtant j’aime bcp ce papier très fin.

Da ich seit einiger Zeit auch mit Markerstiften arbeite, brauchte ich natürlich auch ein Papier, das dafür geeignet ist. Die Markerstifte könnten zwar theoretisch auch auf anderem Papier genutzt werden, aber eben nur theoretisch. ;) ★ Dieses spezielle Marker-Papier ist sehr dünn (70 g/m²) und auf der Rückseite mit einer hauchdünnen Plastikschicht versehen. Diese Schicht verhindert das Ausbluten auf der Rückseite des Papiers, was den Untergrund beschmutzen würde und somit eine ärgerliche Folgeerscheinung wäre. Außerdem saugen normale Bögen die Farbe regelrecht aus den Markern, und die Arbeiten werden unsauber. Da die Oberfläche sehr glatt ist, kann der Marker beim Arbeiten über das Papier gleiten und die Farbverläufe, sowie die Leuchtkraft der Farben sind hervorragend. ★ Wenn eine Vorzeichnung z. B. mit einem Bleistift angefertigt werden soll, achten Sie bitte darauf einen weichen Bleistift zu wählen, da harte Stifte die Oberfläche beschädigen könnten und die ganze Arbeit zu Nichte machen würden. Absolut nicht geeignet ist dieses spezielle Papier – durch die Beschichtung auf der Rückseite - für sehr feuchte bis nasse Farbaufträge. ★ Mit diesem Block in A3 erhalten sie 50 Bögen (16 Cent/St.) dieses speziellen Papiers. ★ Fazit: Wenn Sie mit den Markerstiften (Copic oder Touch) arbeiten möchten, kann ich dieses Papier nur empfehlen. Auch noch nach Wochen bin ich von der Qualität begeistert und vergebe somit ★★★★★ 5 Sterne.
