Official Xbox One Chat Headset (Xbox One)

My nephew throws his controller or drops it when he has a paddy at his game. They always break at the input connection or at the ear peace. So far this seems to be doing well as it’s a more stable connection to the controller

When I first got my Xbox One, about a year after release, I was planning on buying a new headset. However my original one lasted me at least a year with no problems. The standard headset comes with the console and does what it's supposed to do so although there isn't any game sound there is still perfectly good chat volume so you can easily and clearly talk to your friends. So although this may not be fancy it is a great headset if you just need it for communicating with others. I recently had to purchase another one as my original suddenly stopped functioning properly but as I don't play excessively there was no need to spend over £20, especially as this comes with the adapter. So if you're looking for a new headset and aren't wanting anything more than party and game chat, this is the headset for you. (Unless you rage a lot, then you'll probably break it.) Ok so edit: I've had this headset for a while now and it's good, today I accidentally hoovered it because I'm clever like that. I untangled it from the hoover and to my amazement it still worked, which is how you know when it's a good quality headset so what I'd like to add is it can survive tough situations, even if you do rage.

I snapped one of my chat headsets and bought this as a replacement, it's only used every now and then as I have a pair of Astro A50's and Astro A40's. The chat headset is ideal if you just want to hear in-game or party chat with the game sound coming through the TV.

I ordered the headset for my partner because i had accidently hoovered over the wire of his previous one and it snapped in two.. ooops :) but he was very happy when he received this new one that i ordered from Amazon - good price and it arrived quickly Many Thanks

I'm not one for full headsets as I like my game audio coming out of my sound system. My Xbox came with one of these and I liked how they fit, feel and sound so I got another, then like 2 or 3 more as they break easily if you are not careful with them. I dropped my controller while headset was on my head yanked the cable, after that mic stopped working. I've had other mishaps very similar what have broke the headset in the same way. I wish they were more durable but I digress, they are ok but don't expect them to last forever.

I've owned 6 of these since I got my Xbox one and all of them have broken. This product is the one thing I stupidly buy knowing that at one point it will break of its own accord and yet it still infuriates me when it finally does decide to do so. The most recent one I've owned has lasted maybe 6-7 months if I'm being generous. One of two things will usually happen, either the microphone will just stop working completely so you can hear people but they can't hear you (which is what has just happened to my latest one) or the opposite where you can't hear anyone but they can hear you. I am not even exaggerating when I say every single one I have owned has done either of these two things and I bet most people's who's have broke have had the same problems too. Of course they are built like a piece of wet paper and feel like the most cheap plastic ever , I would not recommend anyone buys this I wouldn't even waste your money EDIT: Caved and stupidly bought a new one reluctantly since was wanting to chat with friends, arrived broken. We are still strugling to find headsets that don't stop working after three months of use. The audio is fine but the microphone sadly has stopped working. The headset is only three months old and it is now going to be a struggle to receive a refund from the seller!

La diadema y el auricular se escuchan perfectamente. La esponjilla cubre bien la oreja (y eso que la mía parece un poncho) y la idea de integrar los controles en la parte inferior del mando le da un plus de comodidad y manejo estupendos. El cable queda por debajo y no entorpece durante la sesión de juego. 100% recomendable.

Tendo em mente a que o produto se destina, é uma excelente aquisição. Ele é muito mais resistente que outros modelos mais baratos. Tomando os devidos cuidados na utilização, principalmente quanto ao fio sendo enrolado no próprio eixo, pode durar de 3 vezes mais que os modelos mais baratos. Sempre compro desse modelo oficial, pois não gosto dos headsets que cobrem o(s) ouvido(s) por completo. Recomendo muito esse produto para as pessoas com a mesma opinião.

Works perfectly. Audio and mic quality is excellent. Easy to connect to controller. Comfortable on ears.
