Top quality product, raw, organic and delicious. If you're trying this for the first time its taste can take a little adjusting to, especially if (like me) you are coming from only experiencing processed organic dark chocolate, however, once you adjust you'll find it is far better. Like all raw, minimally processed food items it can be extra work to incorporate in your diet, e.g. having to grind up for some uses, however, its worth the effort. I normally enjoy this product fresh out of the bag as is, or add a tablespoon to home made trail mix. I bought this product to incorporate more raw food in my diet and to gain the nutritional benefits of organic, raw cocoa and although I have only been using it a few weeks I genuinely feel an overall improvement to my well being. My energy levels ( which there was no problem with anyway) have improved and I find myself more and more realising just how good I'm feeling - a heaped tablespoon daily of this product has been the only dietary change during this period, so I'm convinced the raw cocoa is responsible for the improvements.

These nibs have excellent flavour and texture and given the overall quality the price is not unreasonable. They have a fair bit of crunch without ever threatening your teeth and add a hint of natural sweetness as well as that chocolatey deliciousness. Useful as a sprinkle on your morning cereal as well as being a welcome addition to cookies and cakes. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality and reasonably priced. If your taste buds are expecting [name brand] chocolate you'll be very surprised. Cacao is a complex food. It contains fibre, iron, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin C and E and at least 300 other identifiable chemical compounds and a 1,000 more chemical constituents, Cacao also contains Serotonin, Tryptophan, Anandamide, Phenylethlamine, Dopamine, PEA and MAO inhibitors which all apparently have a positive uplifting effect on brain chemistry. They are dry and crunchy with a nutty tang but they aren't sweet - I prefer them soaked or cooked in porridge and use them in sauces and stews - Are they a Superfood? Well if you check all those chemicals above and their nutritional value in the human diet then yes.

Great quality Cacao.. Beautiful flavour & so versatile, I've used it in a few recipes to get a healthy chocolate fix, & it's delicious, so Rich & yummy! I Love this company, as they provide excellent quality products at very competitive prices + they also offer a 5% discount on each item, when you spend £20 or more.. Extra bonus! :-) All their products I've tried (Definitely most, if not all of them) are top quality, certified organic, & come in useful resealable packets.. There's nothing not to like! Great taste

These Sevenhills Wholefoods organic cacao nibs are a great addition to smoothie bowls, adding a satisfying crunch and rich cocoa flavour. They taste very natural and not overly bitter, which makes them easy to use in a range of recipes. The nibs feel fresh and high quality, and a small amount goes a long way as a topping. They come across as a more premium option compared to some alternatives, but the quality reflects that. Overall, a versatile and enjoyable product for everyday use.

On there own the taste isn’t great Personally I mix with seeds, nuts and berries then cover in kefir and yoghurt and I’ve got porridge on steroids

Se trata de Nibs de cacao, es decir trozos de semilla de cacao puro tostados. Con lo cual tenemos una forma natural y mínimamente procesada de disfrutar de los beneficios del cacao sin azucares ni ningun añadido. Se pueden consumir solos o agregar a otros alimentos para mejorar su sabor y nutrientes como puede ser en galletas, bizcochos, batidos, yogures, mezclar con cereales o avena...etc. Una manera más sana de tomar tu dosis de "chocolate" ✅ lo que mas me gusto : ▪ Ecológicos a un precio razonable. ❌ Lo que menos me gusto : ▪ Nada destacable En resumen, nibs ecológicos de buena calidad y a un precio asequible. Eso si, si nunca los has probado ten en cuenta que son muy amargos en comparación con el clásico chocolate comercial que venden como puro.

This does not melt when heated with milk/water. I bought a grinder hoping that would help but when ground it still doesn’t blend with the liquid. Unusable!
