I bought this for a Windows 7 computer at work. It's very easy to set up and very reliable. We recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the bluetooth adapter stopped working. Fortunately it was a simple case of going to the product website (which is contained in a little booklet provided to make locating the website easier) and downloading and installing the correct driver. Has continued to work fine since.

Running OSX 10.15 on a Hackintosh build, plugged in and worked straight out the box. I'm using it to run my Apple Magic Trackpad 2 and it works amazingly. Sticks out the back of the machine a little more than some of the low profile ones, but still only about 2cm, and feels like a robust build. No performance issues for having it at the back of my machine with a fair amount of metal to get through in my desk too. Very happy with this

Does the job. No drivers required. As it goes, I had some dodgy headphones and tried to install the dongle's drivers from the manufacturers . The download was from their website, but from a Google drive (400MB for a Bluetooth driver!), but no virus or mischief. The drivers were no better than Win10 native.

Quality piece of tech when your pc or laptop doesn't have Bluetooth. Used this to connect a controller to my PC and all I had to do was configure some easy settings in Windows, and was done. No issues.

This an an awful little device. It simply does not work even then using the massive CSR drivers. It bypasses windows Bluetooth integration so that to add devices you have to use their pairing software. This means all the support online is of no use to you as it does not relate to the software. I have managed to get it to see one or two devices but never managed to connect to one. Its literally like getting Bluetooth working was in 2002. this is based on an old chip and drivers are no longer available.

Bought this adapter, but was a bit sceptical after reading some the reviews. Installed OK on my desktop and laptop, which both run on windows 10. Just needed to check the bluetooth settings in the control panel. Everything fine and good value.

I usually refuse to write reviews on on-line purchases as I have a life, and certainly do not have the time in my life to write a review on everything I buy, which is what is now becoming expected from every on-line seller. In this case I have relented because, whereas your Bluetooth dongle works perfectly, the instructions that came with it were atrocious. First, they were poorly printed and the resolution was abysmal. Secondly, the lettering was so small it was impossible to read without a very powerful magnifying glass, even then it was still difficult to read. Thirdly, the instructions I had only applied to Windows 7, and I have Windows 10! Had it not been for the fact that my son works in IT, I would probably still be struggling to make it work now! This is not good enough, we are not all IT wizards. Also, this experience would certainly NOT make me want to buy from this maker again.

Plugged in to my USB port in Windows 10 and it was detected without installing any drivers. Connecting to phone via bluetooth is easy windows have own program for it. Using it with gamepad is simple.

無線機能のないデスクトップPC（Windows7）用に購入しました。 以前、他社のBluetoothドングルを使用してみたところ相性があるのかうまく接続できなかったため、本商品に変更しました。 私の主な用途はNintendo SwitchのJoy-Conを左手デバイスとして使用することです。 結論からいうと、うまく接続できるようになったのですが、使用目的によってはCSR製ドライバーを導入する必要があります。 ●マウスやキーボード、ゲームコントローラーの場合 Windows標準ドライバーで接続できる…ハズですが、私の環境ですと、Windows標準ドライバーだけではうまくいきませんでした。（原因わからず） 一度、CSR製ドライバーをROCKETEKの公式HPから入手し、インストール後、再度Windows標準ドライバー（Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator）に変更することで使用できるようになりました。 何故これでうまく行くようになったのかは謎です…。（元々の標準ドライバーがうまくインストールされていなかったのかもしれません。） ●スピーカーやマイクの場合 CSR製ドライバーで動作しました。 Windows7の標準ドライバーは対応している規格が少ないため、こちらではうまく動作しない場合が多いです。 古いPCでも無線で使用できるようになって嬉しいです。

当方win7 64bitです。 特に何も用意せず、USBポートに指して即使えるようになりました。 ただ、タイトルの通りノイズが乗ります。 カナル型イヤホンを接続してみましたが、自分は神経質な方なのでとても気になります。 値段相応でしょう。
