Great product for cooking eggs. Quick and easy

Received today and couldn't wait to try it and see if it lived up to expections. Tried a poached egg and absolutely brilliant. So easy to clean afterwards. Wish I had bought one a long time ago. Omlette next. Can't praise it enough.

I’ve had one of their tubs for soup warming which has served me well for over ten years so decided to give this a try to make cooking eggs easier. I’ve read some of the reviews where people say the eggs explode but listen up, I’m 55 and have never cooked a poached egg in my life this made it so easy if you follow the instructions. If I had any criticism it would be that when it says a splash of water, what’s a splash? Watching some cooking programmes a splash can be anything. Also I’d like to be able to cook two eggs at the same time. Next test will be an omelette but I’m sure that will also be a breeze. Highly recommend this for quick and easy eggs.

This is a repeat purchase of an essential item for the kitchen. It is in almost daily use, and if you want a good way to cook eggs, this is it. Crack the egg into the container, open the vent, and stick it in the microwave (900W) for 50 seconds (medium or large supermarket egg) or 40 seconds for a Bantam egg straight from the coup. Thoroughly recommended.

I admit that I bought this purely for the sake of convenience. Using a 700 watt Microwave, it took me 45 seconds to poach a large egg. A few seconds less for a medium size. I’ve tried the ‘breakfast sandwich’, using the suggested times, adding tomato and mushrooms, but they kind of molecularly merged with the egg, so even though it tasted OK, you couldn’t tell what it was!

Pépite ! Je casse 2 œufs dedans , une goutte de beurre liquide, du fromage râpé etc et hop au micro onde l’omelette est prête! Idéal si vous ne voulez pas laver des poêles ! Idéal si voulez faire des burger avec un œuf aussi car l’œuf gonfle à la cuisson ! Un délice !
