LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW - F - Dark & Sea Salt - 4.4 oz - Chocolate Coated Gourmet Licorice - Authentic Scandinavian Candy Produced in Denmark

I saw these in Copenhagen but never had the chance to try them. Wow! I am so happy that I can easily buy them on Amazon because they are crazy delicious. I don't like sweets. These have a hint of sweetness, they are candy, after all. But there's almost something savory about them, too. Who would have guessed that licorice and dark chocolate were such complimentary flavors?!? Yummy!

These are very addicting! My friend said she doesn’t like licorice, so I told her to try these. She ate 6 of them in a row, and took a picture of the package so she could order more. They are covered in dark chocolate, and have a hint of salt. Delicious!!!!

These are the most amazing candies I have ever tasted! The dark chocolate and sea salt cover up the harshness of the black licorice and it is really hard to put these down onto start eating them

I love black licorice and dark chocolate, combing them into one candy is outrageous. I could eat these treats until I pass out.

Package arrived open with some missing. The shipment wasn’t damaged, but when we opened the lid the purity seal was missing and the lakrids did not fill the container. The sides of the package were discolored implying some melting even though this was shipped in December.

Product showed up a couple days ago. I was SO excited to open it, as I LOVE licorice. And especially licorice and chocolate together, and have not been able to even FIND any for years. So I opened the package with much anticipation to . . . an empty clear plastic container. Seal off. Lid detached. And all the chocolate licorice balls loose and rolling around inside the plastic bubble-wrapped envelope. Not a good first impression. Disappointment. The easy fix? Simply attach two clear small round stickers on opposing sides to keep the lid in place, without blocking labeling info. So now back to the product: Good flavor. It is nice that it's gluten free; however, many celiac people are also sensitive to milk, soy, canola oil, invert sugars (several definitions for this, so not sure which they mean here, but I don't want a fake sugar), vanilla flavor (instead of vanilla).

I love black licorice, but til a couple of months ago, I had no idea what Swedish salted licorice even was. I was told about it by a friend, and gave it a try. If you don’t like black licorice, then move along, these aren’t the treats you’re looking for. Move along. However, if you enjoy black licorice, because it’s not so sickly sweet, you may end up loving this stuff. It’s sweet on the outside, chewy on the inside, and has so much flavor!!! I will keep buying this, as there is nothing quite like it in the States. Yum.
