I'm in my mid 20's and earlier this year I started struggling with spots all over my face due to hormone fluctuations. I think I must have tried every spot fighting product at Boots ( including the very expensive Proactiv range) without any luck. I tried this product on a recommendation from my mum and my skin had cleared up within a week. I am now on my second bottle (although one bottle lasts ages) and am still so happy with the results. It's tightens my pores like nothing else and keeps my face blemish free! I can't rate this product highly enough, I'm sure it will be in my bathroom cabinet for life now. I bought these to add to my hospital bag along with arnica tablets. I didn't have a straight forward birth and needed stitches. My baby was then admitted into nicu for a week so my plans for salt water baths, hair dryers, etc etc went completely out the window. I was lucky if I fitted a quick shower in as we were transferred between hospitals, different rooms etc (in no way meant as a complaint my baby got amazing care for which we are incredibly grateful). My point is, I used this through out on maternity pads and despite the lack of care I gave to myself during that time my stitches healed quickly and really well. My midwife was quite impressed.

For me this is an essential item - a highly useful and versatile lotion to have on hand in either the beauty or medicine cupboard. Its astringent properties lend itself perfectly as a natural facial skin toner; though neat it can feel a bit strong so I tend to dilute with rosewater. It also works well with orange flower water. Also, I use it on a cotton pad to wipe over my brows before tinting, and my upper lip prior to waxing. I have found this useful too for minor medical care such as wiping clean a graze or insect bite. This is rather a small bottle and I would like to buy this in a larger size, however the small size is ideal to carry when travelling. There is a squeezy dropper so it is easy to control the amount dispensed.

Not too rough on sensitive skin (others make my face red) but cleans excess oil and helps get rid of spots. Well, I haven't found a magic product that instantly removes spots, but this does help them go away faster. Small bottle but ok for the price and you do not need too much anyway.

Years of using various expensive skincare but when I discovered this I was amazed, this stuff is amazing for acne it dries it out really quick but make sure to moisturise when applying this

This is an okay product. I haven't noticed it helping or hindering my face really, but I still use it sometimes. I'm really disappointed because it is cut with rubbing alcohol and I don't really want something that harsh on my face. Honestly the most use I get out of it is for disinfecting my armpits before putting on fresh deodorant because it kills bacteria.

This Witch Hazel constitutes a perfect marriage of product & containter. Not to forget the most excellent quality of the slim, capped opening works to dispense the liquid so well,
