I have had issues with my bowels for many years, and have dealt with it by putting up with it or when it gets too much, taking senna laxatives. I was going to the loo most days but it was very difficult to pass, and food was taking at least 3 days to travel through my system. I suffered the horrible bloating that one gets when they are full of old poo, and I felt very tired when it was really bad. This product has done me wonders. I go twice a day most days and I don't suffer with the bloat. I feel more awake and my mood has improved a lot. I can say I feel cleansed purely because I am going to the toilet more frequently. The only down side is that I have to take 3 every evening for them to be effective to the degree that I am happy with. I have seen the Advanced ones and will be trying them next in order to consume less. I recommend them.

They work fantastic! My only gripe is that they smell like almond once you swallow them and it knocks me sick. If they didn't, then I'd have no problem taking them all the time!

The manufacturer of these tablets used to make a great supplement for excess acid that worked wonders for your stomach in a very quick time. For some reason (most likely cost!), they decided to mess around with the igredients and discontinued the old product to release this one instead. This product still does work but much slower, less effectively and it's not completely natural: it contains magnesium oxide to neutralise acids which is very much like many over-the-counter antacids. It no longer works as fast as the old supplement and those who already have low stomach acid should really do their own research before taking this on any long term basis. The taste doesn't bother me that much. I am more bothered about the fact that these tablets are less effective in eliminating symptoms (the discomfort never goes away completely like it did with the old supplement). The manufacturer also shouldn't call these tables natural having added magnesium oxide to it to speed up the effect, which doesn't last long in the end. Did little for the bloating in my case. Poor value for money and whereas I bought the previous supplement time and time again, I will not be looking to do the same with this one.

I think ppl have unrealistic expectations of this product in the bad reviews. These tablets are not for weight loss,they are to soothe your digestive system. Iv taken them for a few wks 3 or 4 times over the past year. Iv just bought now to put some good bacteria back in my tummy after a course of antibiotics and to help with bloating caused by some medications. They are very gentle on your body and I think that is the best thing about them. My teenage son has autism and I give him 1 a day as its hard to get him to eat healthy foods and it helps keep him regular without giving him tummy ache. I highly recommend these for soothing unsettled tummies but be realistic and dont expect miracles.
