Too soon to tell, I will update in a month or two. My only gripe, albeit very petty is the barcode stuck over the dosage directions, was a bit of a pain, to peel off enough to see the correct dosage.

I have only started these so too soon to say anything about them. They came well packaged and they are easy to swallow

Truly excellent product ,I am a postman and do a lot of walking,and in my late 50 s ,I've been experiencing knee pain of late ,and these have worked really quickly ,no more knee pain , would not be without these now ,great price from a trusted brand

Arrived quickly, but capsules are far too big for me to swallow, and therefore i cannot take them.

Im in my mid 40's (F) and had started taking this on and off for the last 2 years, just because Im forgetful or lazy sometimes. But I have noticed that when Im off it, my knees hurt after my workouts especially after jumping and squatting. And when Im on it, no knee pain after my workout. I don't know if it's just psychological, but I now make a conscious effort to consistently take these after dinner.
