This is a great product. The length of the wire is very useful, i found. There are volume controls on a little device part way down the wire. All aspects are good quality and work well. It was compatible with everything i've used it with. Perhaps the only downside is that the actual USB plug bit is quite large and won't always fit next to another USB device if your ports are close together. I have six ports and so i just put it on the bottom one, meaning i can still use the top four but not the one next to it.

This arrived the other day, and I have to say it's pretty good, I plugged it in and it worked straight away, works fine with vista too. the sound quality of the mic isn't as clear as my old one, my friends tell me over skype, but the headset is definitely far comfier than its predecessor, as it can be adjusted, the sound quality is good, not excellent but you get what you pay for. the wire length is generous and allows for ease of movement, and it also has a handy volume control and mic mute button. A nice headset for a good price, well worth the buy.

I bought this for my son who uses it on his PS3 and also plugged into his computer both to listen and to record his voice when he commentates on You Tube videos. They are excellent and have been no problems, the microphone works well and clearly. Connecting to the PS3 we simply went to the accessories settings and there the headphones were, recognised by the PS3 and waiting to be selected. Plugged into the computer, running Vista, and the computer recognised and installed the usb drivers no problems. Recommended and much better than than paying over £50 for some of the alternatives.

Always nice when anything to do with computers works straight out of the box. Doubly so when it also seems a bit of a bargain. Had been slightly concerned if this'd be Mac-compatible (nothing to say it was...nothing to say it wasn't), but accompanying instructions provided the (extremely simple) couple of steps necessary to ensure my Mac (running 10.6.5) now recognises this headset everytime it's plugged in. (Full Windows instructions too). Effectively plug'n'play. Sound quality on Skype and music (I don;t game) very good; told I'm nice and clear on Skype and have no complaints how my voice sounds on podcasts, so mic must be OK. Return level from mic in headphones when recording a little low. More odd than irritating and for me not a prob and not a reason for a star deduction. Long lead; in-line controls; supremely comfortable to wear; seemingly well-built. A good purchase and I'm happy with it. Not a lot more to add !

I used this headset for gaming. Sound quality was okay - until it stopped working. I've ordered it twice. Once it broke within a month - so I got a replacement from Amazon. This second one broke within 2 months. Won't be buying again. Don't buy this if you value being able to hear voice out of your computer.

Lightweight and inexpensive, looks way cooler in a zoom call than sticky-out earbuds. Note that the 960 is a wired headset that plugs into a USB socket while many of the reviews here seem to have crept in from a different, much chunkier wireless bluetooth product.

very good clear sound and good clear mic for the price :) something to look out for may only be me but the connection at the usb seemed very delicate. I use this on my laptop and sometimes jog the usb connection. This turns my sound rite down and will do so until you wiggle around the usb and find a point where it will allow you to turn it back up. this has become quite a pain for me to the point were I don't bother using it :/ but as I said this may just be because my laptop is getting on abit (nearly 4 years) and the usb ports and becoming a lil temperamental I don't know. but when it works really works well :)

The sound quality is excellent and the microphone picks up clear sound and the noise cancellation is good. The big issue is comfort. The foam pads on the ear pieces are very thin so after a while I found them very uncomfortable. It is not helped by them being quite tight on the ears. I found I couldn’t wear them for more than an hour without some pain. In the end I gave up and reverted to my old set. These would be good if the foam pads were thicker.

De headset doet prima wat er van verwacht wordt, bevalt echt goed. De bezorger vond het echter helaas nodig om het pakje voor de voordeur op de grond achter te laten. Amazon, kies je bezorg-bedrijf zorgvuldiger uit!

Fits comfortably, great sound quality, nice and light to wear. Exactly what I was looking for and purchasing a second one.
