Suprisingly It Works
I switched to this Estroven from the Estroven complete Multi Symptom (Magenta) colored box. I must say this made a huge difference in my night sweats and hot flashes. I don't know if it's the Ashwagandha or what? The Multi Symptom in the Magenta colored box stopped working for me, and I said I would try this one for one month while also seeking out possible HRT options in the interim. I've only taken them for a week and noticed a significant difference. Now, I was expecting these to take a couple of weeks to start working, but they started working in a couple of days. I don't know if it's because there was no break in between these and the Magenta box colored ones or not. They will not stop your symptoms completely, just reduce them enough to allow you to function without being miserable.

This WORKS! No more night sweats or hot flashes for me!
I couldn’t use estrogen after my surgery and this helped me so much. I was absolutely miserable until I found this product. It did take and few weeks to get completely into my system. I’m 2 1/2 years post menopause and I still take this daily. It is worth the money everything it helped with. Hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue were all relieved by this!

Caused worsen of symptoms and added one
Not sure what is up with this estroven but, it seriously made my hot flashes worse AND cause night sweats to show up at that, i could not remember why but, i now know why i stop using this over a year ago!! The gold version with just rhubarb worked better for me, so off to get that again and hopefully it rids of these now night sweats as well!!!
