My preferred brand of electrolyte replacement tablets
Highly recommend ORS tablets. Great for electrolyte replenishment and certainly helps if you feel a bit groggy from your previous night out!! Not a cure but definitely helps. I always have a pack in my case when travelling, which can be very tiring, and they helped with jet lag on a previous trip. May not work for everyone but definitely helped me. Tried other brands but always return to ORS as I find them value for money with a great taste.

hangover help
Me and friends have at least one glass of this along with a pint or two of water before bed after a big night out, does the job, no hangover for us in the morning. Very happy with the product and would recommend for anyone as a hangover cure (best to drink before going to bed to stop the hangover before it starts) I will say that the taste isn't that great. its much nicer than other hydration drinks on the market, as I love lemon flavouring. However, I find them all to be pretty gross. So this tastes okay.. still kind of disgusting and salty, as do all rehydration/electrolyte drinks taste. Its no big deal because it does the job, but don't expect anything too tastey. Also bare in mind everyone has different tastes, maybe you'll love it!

They do the job well though I find them very strong in taste so tend to have 1 Lemon and 1 Orange together.

Ok if you have the time
I find these tablets to have a weak but pleasant taste. The tablets take ages to dissolve at least 10-15 mins and occasionally still have some small pieces left. i do feel refreshed after drinking and have no issues with side effects.

Taste good when combined with juice
Electrolytes help your body retain water. I use it when i feel i havenโt had enough hydration for two days or more. I also bought when I was sick and on antibiotics to keep me hydrated.
