I've used knee braces, supports and sleeves most of my life due to weak knees as a child. Sorted themselves out when I started lifting. Now I get a bit of pain on heavy squats so thought I'd invest in some proper knee sleeves for lifting. These are the best quality knee supports I've ever used. Really thick, keep your knees very warm between sets and I went for a size lower, they're just the right tightness to use for half an hour while I squat then take them off. I wouldn't use them for running as they'd be too warm I think. The seams feel smooth so won't irritate my skin (I suffer from eczema so this has been an issue with cheaper brands).

Best knee sleeves you can possibly get. Yes, they're not cheap but they are well worth it fot thickness, confort and support. Already bought wrist wraps from Nordic Lifting so I was already aware of the high standard of their products.

Bought a pair of knee sleeves to help with squats and lunges. Perfect support for my knees and fit really well. Good quality material. Would highly recommend this product if you need knee support whilst weight training.

I've been squatting heavy for some time and I've always suffered with my knees. I've toyed with the idea of sleeves for some time but after a bad experience with power lifting wraps I kept putting it off. Eventually I picked these up and there's nothing more to say than they are absolute game changers. The pain in my knees has reduced by about 90% so far to date. I do wish I had gone a size down when using them for my original purpose of squatting but actually I've began to use them for my entire session on leg day, something I wouldn't have been able to do had I gone that size down. My advice, size smaller for squats but for an al round protection stick to the correct size. Highly reccomend. The company s also an absolute joy to deal with, really very impressed with them.

Wow. I didn't know how much of a difference these would make to my lifts, but its incredible. The extra security and confidence it gives to your knee and surrounding joint CANNOT be understated. I saw alot of people at my local box using various knee sleeves, from wrap up to pull on and many different recommendations. I'd already grabbed some wrist wraps from Nordic lifting previously and was very happy with those so decided to stick with a brand I trust. So pleased I did! There's plenty of flex yet still manages to remain tight without the feeling of cutting off the blood supply to my leg. There's also no scratchy inner seems or stictching, just a solid, comfortable product. 10/10 purchase, definitely staying a customer of Nordic lifting.

These neoprene knee sleeves are awesome. I have been running for a few years now and then decided to include powerlifting in my training. I wanted to go heavy on Squats and deadlifts, but my knees started to ache. Buying these sleeves was the best thing I could do. Though the knee problem is still there, I can now Squat and Deadlift almost pain free. I definitely recommend it. To the Nordic team: the emblem / writing on it has washed away. It would be nice to find an alternative way for it.

I bought these sleeves to keep my knees warm while doing squats in my cold garage. They fit nicely (my measurement was 14.5 inches but I went one size down to the mediums and they fit perfectly) and are robust and well made. My joints feel a lot better. Great purchase, I'm very happy with them.

Split the first time they were used. Bought as a present, the recipient was initially delighted, then disappointed. Sadly the return window has closed so I am out of pocket :( Update - the seller has been very helpful and replaced this product despite the window for returns being closed. The replacement has been used a few times, and pleased to say has not split. 5 stars for the seller. 4 stars for the product (will update again if still happy in a few months time).

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to shout out Nordic Lifting for their knee sleeves. They are super comfortable and I immediately saw improvements in my strength and mobility when squatting heavy weights. After weeks of use, I noticed my knee pain went away completely. I’ve had them for a few months and I noticed that they had started to tear around the edges. I reached out to Nordic and they were able to quickly ship me a new pair. This is an awesome company that makes great gym equipment for anyone looking to improve their performance in the gym
