Brilliant, nice and study. Staples 10 sheets without effort.

This is a great product. It is great to be able to 'staple' without having to use metal staples. I would say up to 8 sheets - the product works well with 80 gsm paper, 9/10 sheets can be a bit variable. However, I'll never go back to my old stapler, this is much more sustainable and if you are thinking about buying one - go ahead, it will be worth it! Just be aware that all the instructions are in Japanese. However, it is pretty straightforward to use.

Took the usual length of time to arrive from Japan but very happy to wait. It's a nifty little gadget that's saved me from throwing another normal stapler across the room when it get jammed! It fits a good 10 sheets of paper and links them together by origami'ing the shi* out of it. It literally cuts and folds the paper back on itself, there is no cut off paper (it took me far too long to work this out! I kept looking to see where the cut out bits of paper were, duh!) While using a normal stapler does hold more paper together than this, this does prove there is another way. I use it at work all day and my colleagues keep nicking it, they do prefer to use this too. Of course you have to understand that it does cut a hole into the papers to link them, if you have very important paperwork that cannot be damaged in anyway, do not use this! Final conclusion- links better than a paper clip, not as strong as normal staples. If you like gadgets that you'll actually use then get this!

Why o why do we still use metal staplers in the UK! these are a great innovation. Trust the Japanese to invent it. Love it.

I would regard its use as being an alternative to paper clips rather than staples, but its good, whatever it is seen to be a replacement for. the mechanism cuts a shape similar to that of an old fashioned keyhole, and automatically folds the cut bits up into themselves to hold several leaves of paper together. The result is very neat. I think it's great, and do remember them being featured on the telly - as new innovations - several decades ago, then promptly forgot about them until I decided to see if they might still exist. Maybe they only caught on in Japan, but they've now - eventually - caught on with me too. Eamonn

7pieces of paper will come apart easily, before you even flip the page. Waste of money. A real stapler is much sturdier.

Can also be used as hole punch concurrently stapling upto 10 pages together for insertion into ring binder. You will lose a cut out fold over bit size of hole punch, so if documents need to be retained complete then stick to paper clip or bulldog clips. Great gadget though. But user guide only in Japanese. Would be better if could download translated version for other languages, or learn Japanese just to see what the extensive user guide for something so simple is illustrating?

Ich stieß vor kurzem auf klammerlose Heftgeräte, die mir bis dahin gar kein Begriff waren. Da die Auswahl recht begrenzt ist, ich bei anderen Produkten aber auch durchmischte Bewertungen las, habe ich mich für dieses Modell entschieden. Hauptgrund war die zwischenzeitliche sehr schnelle Lieferbarkeit und dass nicht einfach eine gerade Lasche ausgestanzt wird, die womöglich schnell herausrutschen kann. Stattdessen eine Lasche mit breiterem Kopf, welche spürbar belastbarer sein sollte. Außerdem ist es ein Handgerät. Ohne nun den Vergleich mit anderen Modellen angestellt zu haben, erfüllt dieser Hefter meine Erwartungen vollkommen und übertrifft sie noch. Die Blätter halten wirklich sicher zusammen und benötigen nach meiner Wahrnehmung auch weniger Höhe als klassische Klammern, wenn man mehrere geheftete Stapel direkt übereinander legt. Gerade wenn es dünne Stapel mit nur zwei oder drei Blättern sind. Das kleine Gerät liegt gut in der Hand und es ist kaum Kraft nötig, um die Blätter zu heften. Auch bei dickeren Stapeln nicht. Das Heftgerät schafft es problemlos, 8 Blätter 100g Papier sicher zusammen zu heften und auch die angekündigten 10 Blätter (und sicher auch 11 oder 12) Normalpapier schafft der Hefter entsprechend auch. Darüber hinaus ist das Design sehr durchdacht. Man kann sowohl gerade am Blattrand heften oder aber noch besser an einer Blattecke. Dazu ist das Gerät innen mit einer passenden Aussparung versehen, sodass man zielsicher genau mittig eine Ecke des Blattstapels einschieben und heften kann. Auch die transparente Kappe kann zum Entfernen von Papierresten einfach abgeschoben werden. Da der Hefter natürlich eine relativ große Lasche (circa 8 x 5 mm) ausstanzt, sie umlegt und somit bei insgesamt 15 x 5 mm einen vergleichsweise großen "Schaden" verursacht, ist dieses Verfahren nicht unbedingt für Stapel geeignet, die man wieder trennen möchte. Siehe dazu auch das angehangene Foto, das die Vorderseite des Blattes zeigt. Links sind die Maße abgebildet. Man kann die Lasche problemlos wieder herausziehen und zurückschlagen, die ausgestanzte Kontur sieht man natürlich trotzdem. An derselben Stelle kann auch nicht erneut geheftet werden. Die Lasche lässt sich anschließend aber wieder einfädeln, die Blätter halten dann allerdings nicht mehr ganz so gut zusammen und man muss etwas fummeln. Da ich in der Regel aber hefte, um anschließend zu archivieren, kann ich trotzdem ruhigen Gewissens die volle Bewertung geben. Mit der genannten Einschränkung des Einsatzgebiets ein wirklich tolles Gerät, das anfangs auch zu sinnlosem Heften um des Heftens wegen verleitet. Und wenn ein Bürogegenstand Spaß machen und dabei nützlich sein kann, hat der Hersteller etwas richtig gemacht!

Bueno, aparte de hacerte reflexionar sobre las maravillas de la mecánica, este aparato resulta ser muy útil si te has planteado bien tu propósito. No da toda su medida con hojas de papel demasiado finas como tickets de compras por ejemplo, si te descuidas se desgarra y puede dar una chapuza. Su terreno de predilección es con algo como 5 hojas de 80 gramos, aquí funciona de maravilla. Se puede grapar en varios sitios, lo que refuerza la unión, y en caso de necesidad, las hojas se pueden separar sin daños... Me gusta mucho, y es conforme con mi sensibilidad medioambiental, así que recomiendo su compra.

Amazing gadget! I surprised many colleagues with it. It does punch holes in the paper, and bonding is therefore semi permanent.

Me fascina esta engrapadora, sus materiales y ensamblado son simplemente de lo mejor, se nota la calidad en cada parte donde la mires. La principal ventaja es obviamente que no necesitas comprar grapas. Además de que generas interés en otras personas al mostrarselas o al mostrarles el resultado de usarlas. Es ideal para trabajos en la universidad, recetas, etc. La principal desventaja es que tiene un límite de 10 hojas, pero vamos, incluso las engrapadoras regulares tienen un límite. En tanto la caja en la que la mandaron, vino toda golpeada, pero el producto no se dañó ni tantito gracias a las protecciones que trae en su interior. El tiempo de entrega fue alrededor de un mes, cosa que se entiende viniendo de Japón y usando el método más barato de envío. ¡Recomendadísima!
