Much better than the cheaper versions
With a rescue mirror, you don't want to be messin' and guessin'. This mirror is the business as there is no doubt what you're aiming it at. When you get it, PRACTICE before you need it. I would also recommend keeping it in a small sock or something similar to prevent it from scratching. There are many videos on youtube that you can watch, the best being from the Adventure Medical Kit team. In terms of weight, this is the best thing you can have in your pack to alert others that you're in need of attention in the wilderness (or Breacon Beacons!). Get one..!

A must have out in the countryside
Great mirror and well made, tested with my scouts at the weekend on our survival skills camp. worked well once your have practiced how to use it. a must have when you are out in the countryside.

Great Mirror
A good quality signal mirror perfect for the outdoors. I mainly use mine for fitting my contact lenses when i'm out hiking but I like that it has the signalling features too. I dropped a star because I find the price a little on the expensive side for what you're getting here; it would have been perfect at the £7 to £8 mark.

Muy recomendable para llevar en cualquier excursión. Pesa nada, ocupa nada y no se te va a romper. Pero llegado el momento, te puede salvar de una buena. La mirilla que tiene hace que apuntar con preción sea super sencillo. Lo único, recomiendo llevarlo en una fundita para que no se raye, porque el plástico se raya fácil al fin y al cabo.

VERY EASY to use! Instructions are on the backside of the mirror - throws a great beam. Lanyard hole is perfect for 550 cord loop/necklace. Small. Highly recommend
