Works really well
I ended up pouring my concrete garage floor in the rain, as the concrete pump and cement mixer were already on site. The result was that the surface ended up really powdery after it had cured. After reading reviews of this product, I ordered much more than I thought I needed, as everyone seemed to say it needed lots of coats and it really soaked in. They were right about soaking in... in the worst places the concrete was like a powdery sponge. In the end I poured it on and brushed it about with the brush from a dustpan and brush set. Most of the floor needed only one coat and the worst areas two. 2 packs of this covered 5.4m by 5.4m. The result is brilliant. No more powdery floor and it has not altered the look of the concrete one bit. Well worth the money and really easy to use.

My very dusty garage floor with rising moisture
After applying 2 coats, it worked very well to stop all the dust. There are still some minor stone chipping due to my damaged concrete floor, which was caused by years of underground moisture, and I can live with that. But I am struggling to find a product that I can apply on top of the treated floor to stop the rising moisture that is causing a lot of condensation on almost everything I place close to the floor, including my washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, some areas with the most moisture appear to have caused some white crystallization power on the surface repeatedly. And for some area I've treated just outside my garage, the whole area turned white. It seems it is not suitable for outdoor use at all. As the instruction specifically states, I cannot paint over the hardened floor, it now leaves me clueless on how to address the moisture issue. I wish their instruction could include advice on handling such a situation. Simply telling us we cannot paint over is not that helpful. I'm all ears if someone has tried to moisture seal their floor after hardening. Nevertheless, for dust-proofing only it works great at such an affordable price.

Great if you follow the instructions and apply generously
Chose to use this product after reading many of the positive Amazon product reviews, and also considering the price point compared to other products. After laying a 50sq metre concrete garage floor 18 months earlier, it had become very dusty as it has dried out completely. To the point that I could fill half a dustpan with every sweep through. In all I used up 5 x 5 litre containers soaking the floor with a roller over 4 coats every 24 hours apart. As each coat dried the dustproofer became more effective in sealing the dust in. Various areas took longer due to the different top surface condition. 2 days after completing the treatment I gave the floor a thorough washing through with the hosepipe and stiff brush. Only a small amount of unreacted milky water ran off. Now it’s dried out I’m left with a completely dust proof garage floor which is slightly darker that before and with a very light sheen when you look across. The floor is no more slippery than before. Very happy with the result, no more dust in the air or footprints when walking into the house. I would highly recommend this product, but also to follow the application instructions printed on the can for best results. I applied 4 coats with a thick roller every 24 hours which worked well for me with a total cost of less than £100.00

Great product, massively reduces the dust from a concrete floor.
I ordered this to counter the dust on the garage floor. This was by far the most cost effective solution. One bottle covers a standard garage two or three times. Just sweep out the garage, fill a paint tray and use a roller to apply. The first coat was quickly absorbed and I found I used about two thirds of the bottle. This quickly dried and I pretty much just put another coat on straight away. You can see this is absorbed much less and goes on much more easily than the first coat. After that I just put everything back in the garage. It product itself is quite watery but doors the job. Very little dust when I sweep out the garage.

The Jury's Out
This stuff does work. BUT, I have a 75 sq Meter area laid in in three 25 sq Meter sections. I've so far treated one section. The area is totally enclosed by walls (workshop floor) so easily contained. I've put on 3 coats using the recommended roller method but a brush round the edges. Coat 1 was so-so. Coat 2 made most of the area solid and dust free. I don't know the outcome of coat 3 yet but I'm hopeful. The product apparently reacts with the lime in cement..... so, unless anyone tells me not to within the next couple of days I'm just going to empty three or four containers on the rest of the floor and basically flood it! Update 21 October 2016 From a few replies I've had to a question posted here I think I've probably not been liberal enough with the product and a roller's not the best way of applying it (at least in my situation). I'm going to try brushing the next section on with a big brush and if that's no better the final section with a sprayer. Will update once done to share my experience. I'll let you know.

This finish is not water resistant
It worked brilliantly but I had a small flood which stripped the finish turning it to jelly and washing it away. I would go as far as to say the stuff is virtually hygroscopic - the water crept under floor paint and it peeled off.
