It is a cohesive with a number of R&B tracks, similar in this regard to her debut album. There are a lot of old school/throwback sounding tracks . It is a good album, although I suspect I will need to give it a few spins in order to get into a few of the tracks. There are some instant standouts, though, which will grab your attention on the first listen. 1. Moonlight – 7/10 – A mid-tempo opener which sets the vibe for the rest of the album. I’m not particularly keen on the track. It’s a bit like a less-interesting version of “Tattooed Heart” on her debut album. 2. Dangerous Woman – 8/10 – I like the guitar on the track, and the way that the production and vocals swell. The ad-libs at the end are incredible. 3. Be Alright – 10/10 – The sample on the track is really good. I like the throwback feel of the song. Ariana sounds great as well. This, along with “Into You”, is my favourite track on the album. 4. Into You – 10/10 –Ariana’s vocals are soft on the verses and she employs a bit of a whispery delivery on the pre-chorus, which sound nice and go well with the overall feel of the sensual track. The chorus, with the jerky production and the explosive vocals is a beauty. The whistle register at the end of the final chorus, just before the closer is great. 5. Side to Side – 7/10 – This is a reggae-infused track featuring Nicki Minaj. A very good combination. 6. Let Me Love You – 10/10 – I wasn’t quite sure how this would sound with Lil’ Wayne as a feature. The verses and chorus are very Mariah Carey-esque, with the whispery vocals employed. I like the harmonising on the pre-chorus. The chorus is repetition of “just let me love you”. However, I don’t dislike the repetitiveness. Lil’ Wayne’s input and wordplay is really nice. 7. Greedy – 9/10 – This is a very vibe-y song, with an arresting opener. I really like how Ariana sounds and the old-school production on the track. The trumpets are reminiscent of “Focus” and “Problem”. The spoken “’cause I am so…” and the shouts of “greedy” throughout the chorus sound great. The key change before the final chorus is really good. 8. Leave Me Lonely – 8/10 – This is another feature I wouldn’t have expected, but it is great. The overall feel of the track is rather dark, but good. Macy Gray’s input is commendable. 9. Everyday – 7/10 – I could do without the auto-tuned mess that is Future’s verse. Ariana’s whistle register towards the end salvages it for me, though, as does the chorus. 10. Sometimes – 9/10 – A good album track. Ariana sounds great on the ad-libs, and throughout the track. 11. I Don’t Care – 5/10 – The song lives up to its title. Ariana says she doesn’t care about it (i.e., people’s opinions) anymore. It’s a bit too boring and repetitive for me, though. My least favourite song on the album. 12. Bad Decisions – 10/10 – The vocals and production on the track are superb. The harmonising on the chorus sounds glorious. 13. Touch It – 10/10 – The swelling bass synths are reminiscent of “Love Me Harder” from Ariana’s sophomore album, but this is a more up-tempo track. Another great track, with superb vocals and production, similar to “Into You”. 14. Knew Better/Forever Boy – 8/10 – This is a nice combination of two tracks. I prefer Forever Boy”, the production of which is similar to “Be Alright”, which is a great track. 15. Thinking Bout You – 7/10 – The production on the track is quite dark, which I like. I am not keen on how it ends, especially since it is the final track on the (deluxe) album. It kind of leaves you hanging, wanting more. Review: Incredible album - Incredible album, wouldn't expect anything less from Ariana

Big fan of Miss Grande. Her 3rd album is a fast grower and I wasn't sure if I would like it more then her last one but I do now. The album feels more true to Ariana and there are some big big songs on here. Lots of singles to choose from and I love " In to you" Side by side" "Greedy" and " Be alright" and " Everyday" " Dangerous woman" has grown on me as well. Cant wait to see her in concert again. The only negative for me is that " Focus on me" isn't on here which is a little strange as it is a brilliant single.

Vinyl review
Ariana looks and sounds great on Vinyl. It's unusual to get a deluxe version of an album on vinyl but I can confirm the vinyl is the deluxe version of Dangerous Woman. This means four extra tracks which are: Touch It, I Don't Care, Knew Better/Forever Boy and Sometimes. She performs all these on the Dangerous Woman tour so it's quite disappointing to get a standard version of the album without these tracks. This is also the explicit version, not the clean edit. The deluxe version of the album seems hard to track down on CD now. If you purchase the vinyl from amazon though you'll get mp3 tracks of all the tracks. This vinyl was exclusive to Urban Outfitters in the US so expect it to have a limited pressing. Get it while you can!

This album is a masterpiece and each song is addictive. My personal faves would have to be Dangerous Woman, Into You, Sometimes, Touch It and Bad Decisions. Great job Ariana :)

It's worth it
I got this because I couldn't find a version with Step on up to it and Jason's song (gave it away) and it includes focus as well, a bonus :). The bag is really cute too.
