Great product!
These tests are very useful for detecting your earlier fertile window but I do think cheapie LH strips are just as good for detecting peak. There is a lot of misunderstanding in the poorer reviews about how to use them.I want to start by start by saying that the low reviews referring to using their husband’s urine or dipping it in water and still having a flashing smiley are misunderstanding how these tests work. The first day you test is always negative, which is why it’s important to start before your fertile window. This measures a baseline from which it can detect an estrogen surge (flashing smiley) and an LH surge (static smiley). Once it has detected an estrogen surge and you have flashing smiley, it will display this UNTIL you have a LH surge and it changes to a static smiley. The static smiley will then stay on the screen for 48 hours because there is no need to test after this point. Because if this, once you have a flashing smiley, you can dip it in whatever you want and it will continue to flash a smiley. It will not measure any drop in estrogen because it’s not designed to do that. It is assuming that once it has detected your estrogen rise, that it will continue to do so until your LH surge.I think these tests are great for detecting your early fertile window, but in my case I wondered if it started flashing too soon. I got 5 days of flashing smiley before the 48 hours of static. If I’m not pregnant this month we will maybe wait until a couple of days into the flashing smiley before having sex as we tired ourselves out! Perhaps alternate days during flashing smiley would suffice next time.If you have very regular periods, I wouldn’t spend your money on these. If your periods are a little irregular (mine are 28-32 days) they are very useful for pinning down your fertile window for that month. I will definitely buy these again.EDIT - I just wanted to add that after 16 cycles I am pregnant this cycle! I’ve had an early loss before so it may not work out but I’ll be ordering these again if it doesn’t.

Easy to use, easy to read, accurate, & reliable - but pricey. Recommended for first-time trackers.
These are really simple to use and easy to read for women tracking their ovulation for the first time. You put one of the sticks into the device, dip it, replace the cap and leave it flat. After a few minutes, you get a result: an empty circle means you are not yet in your fertile period, a flashing smiley means you are approaching your fertile period, and a solid smiley face means that you are about to ovulate within the next day or so. You test once a day until you get the solid smiley. The solid smiley stays in place for two days to cover the likely ovulation period, then disappears. You don't have to test again until next cycle. All you need to know is that when the flashing smiley appears, it's a good time to start having regular sex if you want to conceive. When the solid smiley appears, it’s a great time to have sex and you should aim to do so to maximize your chances. Once the test goes blank, you have left or are leaving your fertile period and you are unlikely to get pregnant by having sex.I have found these to be accurate predictors of the fertile period and ovulation: I’ve used these for 4 months alongside tradition ‘cheapie’ ovulation tests, BBT temping, and other methods of detecting ovulation, and the results line up perfectly with other results. These tests CANNOT tell you if you have actually ovulated or not – that is not what they are for. Nor can they pinpoint the moment or even the day of ovulation, as this is very difficult to do. What they will tell you (by analysing the rise in your hormones) is that your body is preparing for ovulation, so that you can identify your fertile period and know when it is best to have sex. If you already know when your fertile period is and you’re having regular sex throughout the month, you don’t necessarily need these. They are expensive to buy, and you cannot buy extra sticks without buying a new pack which comes with a new device (which is a bit annoying). However, I was happy to pay the price for these because of how easy and simple they are to use and because I trust their accuracy. It is important to follow the instructions carefully, as well start using them at the right time. You don't want to start testing in the middle of your fertile period, as you need to test for at least one day before so the reader can get a baseline. You don't want to start testing from the first day of your cycle either, as that will be a waste of sticks and money. The pack's instructions will suggest the best time to start testing, and the free app can also help with this.I don’t buy these anymore because I have become comfortable with reading the cheapie sticks and other bodily signs of fertility, so I don’t feel I need them. However – if anything strange starts happening with my cycle or fertility signs, and ovulation becomes confusing to detect, I would start using them again.

The best ovulation tests around
my ovulation has never been at a set time each month, so using some sort of ovulation indicator was going to be essential to ensure I knew when the best chances of conception were. I’d heard good things about clearblue ovulation tests from friends so thought I’d test them and I was very pleased with the results, I tested a few days before and after my ‘fertile’ window. The product advertises it can detect 4 or more fertile days, I was happy the tests seemed to pick this up for me with my LH levels rising and then a drop off to show when the hormone levels must have declined. They are pricey but in my opinion it’s worthwhile to get the best results. Would definitely buy again.

A problem with the reader on every test I've bought from this store
I'm not sure what it is about this store's products, but I've now bought three different packs (2x 2 day ovulation tests, and 1x 4 or more days ovulation tests) and there is something wrong with the reader on all three. To be clear, I also buy these tests from Boots locally, and I never ever have an issue with the store bought ones. With the first 2 day ovulation tests I bought, no smiley/reading ever appeared, even when I knew I was ovulating. I was using store-bought 4 day tees at the same time which were reading fine as expected. The second 2 day tests, I just get the error symbol after peeing on the stick (test symbol and book symbol), though I know I'm using it correctly as I have also still be using store-bought tests and those work fine. Finally, the reader on the 4 day tests I bought from this store showed a static smiley before I was anywhere near ovulating (I like to start testing early just in case) when the store-bought tests were telling me I wasn't ovulating. I didn't expect to be as it was too early, and the same store-bought tests properly showed the flashing and then static smiley as I expected.Once could be an anomaly, twice is odd, but three times with different issues with each reader is more than a coincidence when I have no issues using the exact same tests bought from a reputable pharmacy locally. I won't be buying these again and don't recommend them to anyone else either.

Works fine for specific types of cycles
This product follows the format of the standard wee-on-a-stick pregnancy test. Easy enough to follow instructions and read the result you get on the digital window-- though, reading it at first I was a bit concerned I'd confuse the two types of smileys that appear. However, the static smiley apparently stays for days, so it shouldn't be difficult to misinterpret. As someone with a very irregular period (every few months), I wasn't sure how effective this product would be and if 10 ovulation tests would be enough. The instructions say, 'You need to know the length of your cycle to know which day you should start testing.' Nonetheless, I thought I'd test it out, since not everyone has a perfect 4-week cycle (and isn't that the point of the test, to measure and guide you through those irregularities?). I started at what would have been the right time after my last period (according to the box's instructions), and I got a blinking smiley on the last day. So, I suppose it worked, but then I was stuck without any more tests to keep testing in case it was a fluke or whatnot. Considering the price point for this and delay for delivery, I didn't find it terribly useful and didn't bother buying more (the test needs a baseline hormone level; not sure a new test set would work, anyway). Regular sex throughout the month(s) would probably be effective enough and create less pressure (I got pregnant this way almost immediately with both my two children), so I'm not sure this test was worth the effort or cost. Also, something about the instructions saying it was 'time to make love' gave me the ick. Just say it's an ideal time to conceive.Despite all this, I can't fault it too much. This product is probably very useful for people with very specific types of periods/menstrual cycles. If your period is regular, just have sex every few days. If your period is very irregular, you may need to buy a lot of tests. This test doesn't change anything and probably will add anxiety to an already-anxiety-provoking process. There's nothing 'wrong' with it, per se, aside from high cost/low value for money. In the end, not pregnant.

Ovulation tests and pregnancy test pack
It’s very easy to use and the instructions are clear and simple to follow. The digital results are straightforward to understand, which makes the process much easier. I also like that you get both ovulation tests and a pregnancy test in one pack. It’s convenient, reliable and good value for money. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and would definitely recommend it.

The easiest way so far to track my cycle
I have PCOS and irregular cycles so tracking my temperature and ovulation is the best way to keep an eye on my cycle. I've tried many ovulation tests but recently tested this one. I love the app that you can use with it and more importantly, I like that it gives you a better understanding of your ovulation. This kit tells you whether you're within 48 hours of your ovulation or slightly further out but still fertile or low fertility as opposed to most tests which just identify the hormones but not at what level. I love that the stick slots into the handle as you don't need to collect your urine in a container first and is then easily capped and disposed of. This feels really hygienic but also makes it easier to use when travelling as I can just pack the handle and a few sticks. I won't be going back to other kits after this.

Easy, Clear and Convenient Testing
I’ve been really happy with this combo pack. The tests are easy to use and the digital results are simple to read, which makes testing feel much less stressful. Having both ovulation and pregnancy tests together is really handy and saves the hassle of buying separate packs. Overall, convenient, straightforward, and reassuring.

Reliable indication of fertile window
Great to have a clear indicator of fertile window, easier to read than strip tests.

Don’t Waste Your Money!
This is my second purchase of this product, and the reason for that is that, my first tester got stuck with the happy face and no matter what I did, it would not go away even when i inserted a new strip. So i ordered another one thinking maybe this was a defective unit. However, the second time around the exact same thing has happened. It is expensive, and the quality is absolutely pathetic. 👎👎👎
