I needed an additional remote for Virgin 360 because only one official remote can be paired with a box. I’d used 2 remotes previously with V6 box. I researched and found this for a reasonable price. It was very easy to pair with the box and my LG TV. It took five minutes. It worked well but didn’t pause live TV. I sent an email to customer support who responded to both emails. They provided the code to use for pausing live TV on cable so I’m very happy now. I’d recommend this remote there’s no need to spend more if you want to control two devices.

Bought for my mother to operate an old Polaroid Freeview box because the original controller failed.It worked fine for her old Bush CRT TV but I couldn't pair it with the Freeview box.This is not a fault with the controller (who has ever heard of Polaroid making anything other than cameras?), it was a shot in the dark I was just hoping there might be a chance of pairing them, if it had worked it would have saved a few £'s.I found it simple to connect to the TV once I got my head round the instructions and it was very easy to use the 'search' function to try to pair it with the digibox. Unfortunately and not surprisingly it wouldn't work with this very obscure model.Amazon were fully cooperative with a return and refund, thanks Amazon !

It works, I recently found an old BEKO crt TV without a remote. So I decided to buy this bad boy. And yes it works, it is super easy to use if have one of the big brand TVs but to get it working with that beko TV all I had to do is use the magic feature and after few clicks it worked. There is a list of code for almost any brand inculded in the booklet. I kind of wish it would tell me the code for my TV so I can simple switch between TV just by entering a code but the fact that it worked on an old and uncommon TV makes me happy.

Easy to use remote, that works fine with my Bush TV. It took a while to find the correct code in the instruction book, to link it to my TV, as there are rather a lot of Bush codes.I realised it was missing some handy functions of the Bush TV remote, but an email to One For All got me every programmable magic code, instructions on how to program it, and the TV specific code within 20 minutes.Very good customer service.

It can be used with SkyTv but there is no option to pause, rewind or forward programmes. I can get into TV guide, everything I have recorded, catch up and box sets, but there is no way to skip those mind-numbing repetitive ads. It's ok for the TV, Netflix and YouTube.

Took us a while, daughter had to help to reset channels but this remote is a clever little gadget and well worth the price compared to other cheaper ones, really pleased with this purchase. Thanks.

The product description says "Guaranteed to work with all brands" - I couldn't get it to work with our Manhattan T3-R Freeview STB and submitted a suport request via the One For All website (after going round in circles several times as the FAQs/self help support wouldn't give me a direct link to support, despite telling me that I needed to contact support).The reply from support suggested I upgrade to a different model - costing twice as much - or send my remote to them for upgrade/reprogramming. As I needed the remote urgently, was not prepared to wait and managed to source a replacement Manhattan remote with next day delivery... This arrived before I got the email reply from One For All.Great service from Amazon - refunded as soon as the remote had been received by their courier - but One For All need to update their product descriptions as they clearly do not work with all brands/models. They also need to make their website more user friendly to make submitting support requests easier and more transparent (but of course, they won't do this as that would just encourage more support calls).

Perfecto. Yo la uso con una LG con unos años ya, y va sin problemas. Usa cuatro pilas AAA. La única función bdel mando original que no trae es la de "quick menú", para cambiar rápidamente los ajustes más usados (subtítulos, idioma, modo de imagen, ...), pero eso en mi caso particular. Es más largo que el mando de la LG, llegando a los 22cm, y más pesado.

J ai allumé la tv sans la box. Alors j étais septique! J ai ouvert la page 14 et j ai vu « appuyez3 secondes sur le bouton magic » ouf il est en haut à gauche avec écrit magic, facile. Ensuite on appuie sur mode ( pareil c est écrit dessus) et on choisit tv pour la tv et sat pour la box, le sat ou un lecteur dvd. On tape le code ( fin du livret il y a la liste des marques) quand la lumière bleue apparait sur la télécommande et pour chaque marque de tv il y a entre 2 et 8 codes. On fait au pif, le temps que ça marche. Il suffit d appuyer sur off une fois le code fini, si votre télé s éteind, c est que c était le bon! Et on réappuie sur magic 3sec . Sinon on continue ( faites bien attention d etre en bleu sur tv!) . Etape 2 on refait pareil sur le son, tout est noté page 15, facile! Etape 3 on refait pareil sur sa box ( moi j avais une box orange, et il n y a que 2 codes ça va vite!) et là hop 1 seule télécommande pour tv et box. Franchement j ai cru abandonner, j ai pas compris tout de suite comment ça marchait, il faut vraiment faire 3 secondes magic, mode tv ou sat et taper le code , éteindre le tout et encore rappuyer 3 secondes sur magic et c est bon. Ne vous découragez pas un marchera. On met en veille et ça valide. Quand on a tout refait 3 fois, en mode tv, puis le son puis mode sat pour la box tout marche seul ( changez de chaine etc) . Il suffit de cliquer sur le mode tv ou sat pour avoir la télécommande adaptée. Sur la page 16 il disent d appuyer sur la touche sous mode pour combiner les 2 télécommandes, perso j ai pas réussi mais ça marche très bien en alternant les modes. et j ai pris l étui en caoutchouc qui va avec en coque en tapant housse télécommande one for all car je la trouve légère donc sans doute fragile.
